For those of you who use a leather case as your daily driver, how often do you use leather conditioner to clean the case?
Once a month?

Never do. It literally absorbs oils from your hands daily as a daily driver so I’ve never felt the need to add more.

i wipe my case down with a dry microfiber, nothing more. no leather conditioner.

Once a month might be a bit excessive... unless the case is drying out, once every 3-6 months should be fine but only use a thin layer.

I would clean my Apple leather case for my 13 Pro once every six months or so and put conditioner on it.

I wish their blue one was the same leather

I got black and brown, kept the black, brown was too slippery and buttons were not as good as the black.
Black has great grip, and doesn't show magsafe ring.
Brown seemed cheaper, the black seems to be tougher leather more like Vaja cases.
Can't get the blue here.

What is even worse, there is another company selling their version of the same case with an inflated price compard to the Lucky Coin. Says it is made from Horween leather and has different colour options and the buttons are brass and have a textured pattern on them.

They state "Assembled by proud, vetted partners of ours in China".

Picture shows the 14 version...

For those of who who have/had an Andar Aspen, how long did it take for the case to become less slippery?
I have had the case for a couple of days and find it quiet slippery...
Does it get better with time?

I have the exact same case but I find it slippery
Any tips to help with that?

Give it a month, once it starts absorbing the oils from your hands it will improve massively.

I prefer tan. It shows the patina alot more. Just my personal preference.

I have always preferred tan leather.

I ended up returning tan and keeping dark brown because I prefered the way it looked on my natural Ti 15P

Still not fully convinced about YMW crazy horse leather case in black for my SB 14 PL. Despite a really good packaging, it seems, for my taste, too much similar to Apple Leather Case than to a really good and full leather case.

I’m sensing it back. After few days the feel in hand is worse than Apple Leather Case. I don’t know what YMW intend with genuine leather, but this one is not the leather that I want.
