amen brother. when I finally got my new i7 macbook pro, it was probably one of the most cathartic moments of the year.
that and finishing intern year. Yeah, I understand it's going to be close to impossible to get one of these limited white iphones but people- please be civil. It's a phone. I know it's shiny and is from Apple and would be exremely awesome to get one of the very few out there but it's a phone! I would understand if we were fighting over cookies or fluffy unicorns. But a phone.
Lucky for you, I'm still waiting, haha. Since apple decided not to update the 13", I'm still waiting for arrandale myself. Luckily the white iPhone isn't as agonizing to wait for. I stay up until at least 1am most nights over on the west coast so it's easy for me to wait for "4am EST" like most of us in this thread are doing. I hope they come out before I go on vacation on the 1st.

I still think it's going to be like Tuesday-Thursday next week... no pre-order, just a BAM... up for sale on their website.... which makes it sort of like a pre-order I suppose... brick and morter stores might not be able to sell it until actually the 30th? Who knows lol...
Maybe it "ships" to stores on the 30th, they dont' sell it until 2 or 3rd... and no online sales?
All speculation now from everybody... guess within the next few days we'll probably know.

Question is, does Apple think it deserves an announcement beforehand? Or should it just pop-up in the store? The free case offer would deserve an announcement when it's finally IN the store. Maybe the same will go for the white iPhone 4.
Obsession....can't sleep.....need white iPhone4....haha, never thought I would get so worked up about a phone.
I know right? This is so crazy. This one kid my friend works with seemed convinced he was getting his white one this Saturday. Don't know where he got his information, but that would be extremely unlikely.
I wish I could. But my optimism is totally gone re: the white iPhone. He probably just misread the release date for the black somewhere.

Kind of like in Mean Girls when Regina releases the Burn Book upon the masses. It just will appear out of nowhere in limited quantities and Apple Stores will turn into Lord of the Flies.

I'm thinking all they will do is change the home screen on their website to say "White iPhone 4 now available". Then, the madness will begins.
God, why do I suspect that lines for the white iPhone 4 will be bigger, longer and more intimidating than those for the black one?
I think the hardest part for me is not even knowing what to expect! Haha without you lovely people to speculate with, I don't know what I would do!
