In every other developed country in the world a gas station would be out of gas in minutes with that price.

That's 79,2 liters, means about $0,96 or 0,83€ per liter. In Germany we pay 1,73€ ($2,01) per liter ($7,62 per gallon) at the moment for normal gas. That's more than double what you paid.

You have to go to the store and ask them personally. Apple decided to take them away from some stores. I’m sure if you will visit your store you will find one. 99% sure!

Earlier today there were actually some in stock available for purchase. I wasn't sure if I was going to get there today or tomorrow (pending my delivery) but now I'm in full regert (yes, regERT because it's funnier that way) for not having pulled the trigger at all. DARN IT.

EDIT: I suddenly feel like that scene in DUMB AND DUMBER when he's like "so you're saying THERE IS A CHANCE!"

I guess I'll skedaddle on over there anyway since I have to start shopping for my alternative Nike sports band.

I didn't even get a chance to unwrap mine yet :-(. I had a flight to catch, plus I'm going to see about exchanging when I get back since the body has a significant scratch on the corner.

Folks, I’m really not sure… it’s a close call. I need your help, please. I wish we had a vote in reference to the colors 😆

Soooooooo the UPS map tracker is useful. I watched the driver circle my block all day and then drive back to the airport hub without ever attempting to deliver my MBP. So I have that going for me now. I can't even begin to express my frustration. Now I have to wait until tomorrow for them to *hopefully* make the delivery.

Wow. THAT REALLY FREAKING SUCKS. I'm sorry dude... I hope your baby makes it to you without fail tomorrow.

The lighting makes them look the same color. I vote silver since it goes with your polishing cloths - and then you have the space grey mouse - which blends with the keyboard on both. What color was your 15” beastie? Maybe you want a change from it?

Ordered the base M1 Max. Picked up in store at 10am (with a cloth, fml)

Happy to pay the extra $500 for:
  • jumping from M1 Pro to M1 Max (though I'll never notice the extra speed)
  • PEACE OF MIND
(not in that order)

Will just return the M1 Pro... if/when it ever arrives.

I have a space gray for 2-3 years so maybe it’s time for a change?

Hey everyone!

Have any of you tried the Change My Delivery option from UPS? My order is scheduled to arrive on Monday, Nov 1st according to UPS (Apple still shows Nov 3-5.) When I click the option to change delivery date via UPS My choice, it lets me reschedule the delivery date to tomorrow(!!!) by paying $9.99. The thing is that tracking still shows Shanghai, China so I'm not too confident about it being delivered tomorrow, but maybe it will get here by Thursday? should I give it a shot?

Congrats! I was scared to ask the store person today when I went in for my cloth ISPU. If they had one in stock, it would have been hard to resist. Especially after watching all the awesomeness going on here today. The other hinderance helping me is that I cant get the Veteran EPP discount in store anymore. Has to be done through id.me via the online store.
