Hey everyone!

Have any of you tried the Change My Delivery option from UPS? My order is scheduled to arrive on Monday, Nov 1st according to UPS (Apple still shows Nov 3-5.) When I click the option to change delivery date via UPS My choice, it lets me reschedule the delivery date to tomorrow(!!!) by paying $9.99. The thing is that tracking still shows Shanghai, China so I'm not too confident about it being delivered tomorrow, but maybe it will get here by Thursday? should I give it a shot?

Do you have MY Choice premium membership with UPS? I changed mine to CC and didn’t had to pay anything. It’s free.

I don’t know man… Space Gray or Silver. Are you guys seeing smudges with your space gray Mac?

I feel like space gray is not that dark.

Agreed except when they're side by side. I had a slight adjustment coming back to silver. It’s brighter. Side by side with the late 2012-2015 15s, it’s the same silver. It's classic. I like space grey too. It looks sleek. But my 2019 16” space grey faded in the palm rest areas. Never had that issue with silver. It stayed cleaner & didn't have noticeable smudges. Though it can show grime over time so wash ya damn hands! 😆

The bottom two are old generations. I feel like space gray is not that dark.

I use both colors everyday side by side, and silver wins by a mile.

Glad I went down to pick up the iPhone this morning.... at least I'll have one new Apple product to set up.

Was just notified by UPS that my MBP was damaged in shipment and returned to their warehouse. No delivery. Now I have to work with Apple to get a replacement shipped out..... estimated to be delivered by mid-December.

It made it all the way from Shanghai to the PNW US, then the local UPS carriers got their hands on it. Sigh.

Damaged in shipment can also sadly mean it was stolen and taken out of the box.

Whatever color you like best, get it. Don't worry about one aging different than the other. I've owned both, and used them heavily and traveled 30+ weeks per year with each color. So long as you keep them clean and don't abuse them, they both will look good over the years.

It could. In this case, it didn't. During the 'settlement' decision by Apple, I saw the photo of the crushed box in the UPS truck. It hadn't been opened by a person..... just by blunt force trama.
