I didn’t get mine from EE either, though I’m not convinced a new phone would necessarily fix the problem. It might, but I’ve tried some of my other iPhones (which I only keep for debugging apps) and I’m experiencing the same problem with and iPhone 7 and an iPhone 6s, which makes me think it’s an iOS issue more than a hardware issue. Apple are thinking the same, which is why they want me to keep supplying logs to them.
That said, if you’re wanting a new device to see if you get lucky, Apple should be easy enough to get a replacement from, I’ve never had issues getting replacements from them in the past.
I'm not sure, my iphone 7 is on ios13.1 and works perfectly, my 4g ipad pro is on 13.1.2 and works perfectly, it's just my 11 pro that isn't playing ball.
Apple have run diagnostics and seen that there are loads of dropped calls, got me to do a factory reset and set up as a new iphone, not from back up. Said to get back in touch if it persists, it has. Contacted them again yesterday, got told that becasue of the factory reset I have to use the phone for another 24-48 hours to get more data for diagnostics. Later after I got off chat with them between 17:07 and 17:19 I had 14 calls drop
