I received an o365 email notification and the call dropped that instant. I got back on the call and sent a outlook.com email back and forth and there were no issues. When your called dropped, was it from o365 emails?

If your theory is true, you could move your email accounts to another email app like Outlook then test for call drops....

No wasn’t a O365 email. Gmail accounts in stock Mail app. And yes, disabling Mail app notifications made calls dropping issue, for me, go away. Doesn’t particularly solve it either though.

I called Apple and they are like " It is Verizon, not us" they didn't even look at logs or anything.

I am curious, have any of the posters that think mail notifications at the time of the call are the culprit, tried turning off mail notifications to see if the dropped calls continue?

My Pro Max doesnt drop calls, but I have problems with signal "bars" right next to the notch. Number of bars changes from one to all four, while I sit in the same place, in the same position. Turning off VoLTE, or changing to 3G doesnt help. I will wait for a few days, in case it is a software related problem. If Apple wont adress the issue, I will have to ask for a unit replacement.

I’m running an iPhone 11 Pro on 13.2 beta 3 in the UK, on O2.

Almost every call drops.

I don’t actually make / receive many calls so I can live with it until a fix comes.

If it’s still FUBAR when I’m next near an Apple store I’ll get a replacement.

Where is that VoLTE Setting in iOS 13.1.3? I only see LTE.

It's normal. The phone switches between its 4 antennas. My 11 Pro does that sometimes as well.

No problem, I don't know what version I was running before but it is AT&T 38.1 now. It didnt pop up right away. Once I went to general and then about it popped up.

So mine kept dropping calls after the update but I decided to hard reboot the phone and it has been working fine so far. I’ll keep everyone updated.

I see the latest dev beta of 13.2 has ‘modem and connectivity fixes’ according to a YouTube review (zollotech, I think). Fingers crossed..

Sky Mobile carrier update is v39 on my Pro. Anyone UK-side, any idea when Sky released this Version? I have not been prompted to install it so it may have been a week ago or so.

Wow, this is a big problem, Apple does not seem to have a fix, the carriers are saying is not them, so are these iPhones defective or what?
