I really like the multiple home screens and widgets in android. I really hoope they find their way to iOS.

I wonder if they will call the 10th generation iPhone X. Maybe they will call the next version iPhone V.

Unless the next iPhone implements 4G technology (or HSPA+ (technically speaking)), then I don't think it'll be called the 4G or 4GS.

I think sooner or later Apple will just have to keep it like the rest of their products ... just 'iPhone". (the same way they have iPod Touch, iPod Nano, MacBook, etc)

They are just going to start calling it iPhone, kind of what they did with the iPod line when it got a little crazy.

I'm guessing that before the naming conventions get out of hand, they will go back to simply the new "iPhone".

Pretty much what I think. Back when iPod was Apple's big thing they always called the latest generation "the new iPod" in marketing. (they still do this with iPods) It's going to sound silly around iPhone 6 or 7 so they'll probably go back to "iPhone".

Also 4GS wouldn't make sense, the 3GS name referenced the original 3G, implying it was design-wise the same as the 3G, just with some functional enhancements. (Plus we aren't sure it'll be a 4G phone)

I highly, highly doubt that Apple will call the next generation - iPhone 4S. It's already fast enough, where as 3G was dire hence why they opted to call the next one 3GS.

And of course they won't call it 4G, that technology isn't freely available yet.

It will be called "Jesus Phone: Resurrection".
