More Questionable iPhone Photos Pre-WWDC

I'm going to have to say I think it's real, although I would actually be very suprised with a front facing camera

Relax. It's been on iPhone users wishlists, not "everyone".
 
If video chat is introduced (seems likely), what's the bet Phil will demo it by calling SJ, who will inform us that he's feeling much better, is returning to work soon, and thinks the new phone is awesome.

I don't think it's that likely that there will be a front-facing camera. I think it's highly unlikely - you would have seen other devices in development but seen through leaked images - like the BlackBerry Storm - be released with them in anticipation.

I'm still holding out the hope that Schiller will get on stage and say, "Good morning, all, welcome to the WWDC keynote," blah blah blah, impressive numbers, cheeky banter, horn tooting, blah blah blah, " and now, to introduce the new and exciting products we have for you, Teh Steve!"

Wouldn't that be nice? After all, often Steve demoes involving Phil on another computer over iChat or something.

I don't see why a front facing camera would be out of the question. That's a totally marketable feature - people would love being able to do video calls - the only problem would be the phone companies not wanting this.
 
i don't know. it almost seems like there is too much black. a little silver wouldn't hurt.

but, i'll probably buy whatever color it is anyways. can't wait!

lol, even if no changes are made except for 3.0, people will still buy it. apple has everyone by the....
 
I know the picture here is a fake. I also know the one I am posting is a fake. However, I would much rather the one pictured here than the one pictured in this thread.

I think this looks amazing....

then again it also looks like I would break this thing in half just by pressing it to my ear. Let's hope they come out with something better looking than the picture at the beginning of this thread - that thing is hideous
 
I vote fake, here's why:

To me a forward facing camera would he great but I think the photo is fake because the screen clearly shows OS 2 not OS 3. You can tell because there is no extra "dot" to the left of the white dot at the bottom of the screen marking the location of the "all search" feature apple talked about awhile back.
Remember how they said you could swipe left of the main screen for an all new page? Maybe my eyes are tired but I don't see a placeholder for that.
 
i guess it is a generation thing. i use ichat and or skype everyday on my macbook pro. i chat with my friends everyday and usually with my cousins that reside in florida at least once a week. I would love to have video chat.

I'm pretty sure I do see what is a little magnifying glass. Although either way it wouldn't be 2.0 cause of the "message" icon as opposed to the sms icon as well as the voice memo app.
 
front facing camera?

I am the only one who finds no use for a front facing camera? How will you see what you're taking a picture of? Only good for taking pictures of yourself, what good is that?

Hideous? Really? Its barely any different from the current generation iPhone. Unless you're not a fan of the current iPhone, I'd say you're just buying into the classic fanboy attitude of "call it crap now, but when its officially announced, praise it for its innovation."
