The corner radius's and overall curvature seems like will never change, not even one tiny bit. After seeing recent talk of the new iPad's having a much thinner bezel and now seen these leaks of what the new 8 could possibly look like its very clear that Apple will remain stuck on bezels. I think they have a misconception of bezels overall, its not how much more thinner you can make it but rather the fact of not having it at all and making something edge less that people would prefer. I mean heck there is huge 70+ inch TV's that are near bezel less with that the display spans from edge to edge and Apple can't even do such a thing with a small device?

Guess at the end of the day Samsung and the S8 still has Apple beat innovation wise. But I'm sure Apple will pull out more hash numbers from their rear and talk about how the new 8 has increased the number of iphone users in just a few months, and how Apple is out selling and producing tech that people actually want compared to what the other tech companies have to offer, etc etc.
Do a search to find out the reason you can't have a bezeless touchscreen phone right now. It's not because Apple doesn't feel like it. Do you understand the display on your phone is not the same as the display on a tv?

You're precious s8 still has bezels, just not side bezels because of that wacky screen. What was truly innovative(your words) about the s8? Seems to me like it's the same device as the s7 with 1 or 2 new features that aren't properly utilized.

Do you have evidence that Apple is just pulling numbers out? Nope, you don't. Meanwhile, they are making a crazy amount of money by not selling devices?

My god its ugly. Lets all pray that the final design looks nothing like this in any shape or form lol

honestly, I think this looks way better than the previous leaks we've seen. IMHO, I think this will be a good looking iPhone.

(I understand you may disagree, that's fine. Please don't tell me/quote me telling I'm wrong because you have a different opinion.)

Boring. I'll pass and stick with my iPhone SE. It's clear Sir Ive isn't designing hardware anymore.
Yes he is.

This mockup is based on rumors that have all but been extinguished. I can say with near certainty that this is not what the big 10-year anniversary phone will look like. Touch ID on the back is just simply unintuitive; they wouldn't make a concession with that large of a trade off. And if they do, it'll be for a DAMN good reason that we don't yet understand.

OMG, if the touch id button is on the back then I will be hanging onto my much loved 6S for awhile and this would be an extreme failure. I think Apple is sandbagging and will have touch ID on the front of the a bezel free screen.

I like the minimal bezels rather than no side bezels. It might not be quite as pretty, but looks far more functional without having much impact on device size. The touch ID on the back is err... less impressive.

It looks like the iPhone SE will keep being the most beautiful apple phone.

If I remember correctly a lot of you called the iPhone 7 Plus ugly when it leaked with the dual cameras. Once apple shows the full polished pictures you drool over it...

Be assured that if Apple moves the Touch ID button to the rear of the iPhone many people will not buy it

It's hard to believe that Apple would follow in Samsung footsteps and make the same mistake
Be assured that no matter where apple puts Touch ID , they will sell more than they can make.

I really hope Apple drives this one out of the park. I'm running out of arguments to tell Galaxy users as to why iPhone is better other than, "it runs iOS."
Is this sarcasm or do people really argue about who has a better cell phone.

If you look back to just a few weeks before the release of IPhone 6, you may remember many people on here said that the plus version leaks are fake and not like Apple at all. Given that most leaks show Touch ID on the back and Samsung have not yet been able to introduce finger print sensor on screen, I'm confident Touch ID will be located on the back of the IPhone.
Rumor is that the note 8 will have it in the display.

I'm still not buying Touch ID on the back. It's just not ergonomic, and it doesn't seem like something Apple would do. Obviously I could be wrong, but I don't think I am.

How would that even work as a home button? Pushing against the back with your index just wouldn't work. The thumb works because you're pushing the phone against your palm.

Totally agreed. If there is an hint that this is truly going to be the case, I am even considering getting an iPhone 7 and will definitely NOT get the iPhone 8. I don't see this working. Also will expect that AAPL will get a pretty big hit when reality hits the fan (pun intended)...

Relax everybody, there's no way that they'd put TouchID on the back. They leak those false prototypes so that everyone is stunned at the official presentation, so people will say yeap, that's worth +1000$. Strategy (at least so I hope).

Hopefully ...

Lmao, I have never argued with anyone about phones.

First video looks ok in form as long as the final model looks less shabby and more flashy. The other designs look horrendously android.

Maybe it's just me, but more rumors I see about iphones the less I care about iphones. Thinner, curved, thumbprint thingy on front, or back, retina scan, battery life … Zzzzzzz-z-z-z---

Will never buy a phone with touch sensor on back. Complete failure. Being too eager to introduce a cosmetic feature and so decreased usability. I hope Apple is smarter than this.

They already did. It's called the iPhone SE with the same form factor and has Touch ID.

The SE uses the form factor/design language of the 5/5s, not the 4/4s. I believe this person wants an even smaller screen (no thanks, personally) and a glass back.

Lots of people are still in love with the 4/4s design and consider it the ultimate iPhone design of all time. I am not one of those people, but for them the SE is not the solution.

Reminds me of a LG V20 from the front without secondary display and the back of a Huawei phone.....not impressive or beautiful at all......fingerprint reader looks like the same placement as the LG phones
