i just spoke to amazon rep for my new order of 13" mba 256.... he said it will ship sept 24th????????????????????????????????????????

My estimate for my 11" was August 30-September 16, but I found out today that it's coming tomorrow, August 10th.
the 11" are shipping sooner than expected... i know ... but no one has heard a word bout their 13"s 128 or 256. suckssssssssss

An offer like this is too good to pass ....anyone that does pass up... Is a fool or just plain rich hah. I just bought 3 256gb ... Hoping to make money on all of them . And why would amazon present with these deals when they don't have the stock to show for ? I'm puzzled .
Hahahaha hey ... If I'm getting paid 350+ for each of them..... It's pretty decent ... All cus of the kindle codes haha. Ill probably keep one tho.. 128gb is way too Low. I hated the 128gb version. I hope 256 will quench my lossless thirst.

Here, in the Riot-land (UK), its still amazing! about £150.00 off the base 13'MBA and 3 years Applecare warranty on parts and labour. Hopefully it stays at the same level, unlike it currently is over there.
Hurm... The 13'/4/256 is 1,599 at Apple, 1,549.00 education discount. Thats actually a savings of 359/309! Also, probably saved another $100+ on tax if you're in a tax free Amazon state!
Maybe meant you to compare to Amazon price on the 13'/4/256 to the 13'/4/128 apple price? Either way, great deal indeed!

Unlike the stock market, I was quietly but happily eyeing the gradual drop in prices of the base MBAs since the release of these new ones, to appease any buyer's remorse I may have in the future... until the OP came along.
My order did the same thing. When I placed it last Friday night, the estimated shipping time was August 30-Sept 15th. Tuesday I received an email saying that the status had been updated and I'd receive it Thursday, August 11th (tomorrow). But last night I received another email saying it had shipped, and as of right now, it's "out for delivery" today (confirmed by tracking number). So it's even a full day ahead of the "updated status" I received Tuesday. For reference, I ordered the 11" 4Gb/128Gb model.
