They're getting more 13" 128s this week but who knows how many were ordered.
Also confirmed that changing the shipping speed won't put you at the back of the line, it simply gives you an updated estimated delivery date since you changed the shipping speed.(More accurate)

The base 13" MBA I ordered August 5 is still "Not shipped." However, the 11"/128/4 I ordered Monday night shipped out this morning for delivery on Friday even though the estimated ship date when I ordered was 3-6 weeks. Looks like the 13" is really in high demand/short supply.

They actually have some of the new tablets for sell too. Also, there are some nice PC's for sale. Overall a pretty good deal if you're not wanting a mac.

My MacBook Pro is now making strange popping sounds...ominous. Hopefully our MBA's are here soon.
I called and the rep said my 13/256 ordered on 8/8 is a special order item,meaning amazon does not stock them and have to order them from "Mac" (her words) each time a computer is ordered. Obviously the rep was a moron. She also said it won't ship until after 8/31. In any case I'm starting to get pissed. I never expected to wait this long. It is clear to me that amazon would like us to cancel our orders as no other retailer has airs backordered for two weeks.
