Amazon has the 11's in stock and I've read some reports that people were able to get Amazon to switch their order from a 13 to an 11 (and get the 20% discount). I may try it myself if the dates don't change soon.

I can switch to 256 too but I'm afraid that same. 256 is temporarily out of stock. Seems like nothing we can do....just wait

Last I've heard is someone got their 13/i5/256 who ordered on the 7th. I ordered a 13/i5/256 on the 7th and still havent' received mine.

I leave for Hawaii on Friday and I need the laptop before then!!! ****!!!!:confused:

I strongly doubt you're going to get it by Friday.

I would think about switching to the 11/256 if it's that important to have this week. Just be sure to get an experienced CSR who can manually deduct 20% from your new order before you/he cancel the old order. Be sure you actually see the new order, with the discount, first. Several people have managed to do it successfully but one person on Slickdeals tried to switch and lost the discount completely. They had to fight with supervisors to get it back on a new order but now they are far back on the order list.

You could have the 11/256 tomorrow if you order in the next 3 hours (before 6pm EDT).
 
I had the coupon in hand on the first day, but I decided to wait as I was in no rush to get my Macbook. Figured I could order it whenever and pay for the 1 day shipping and get it. Well, I ordered it the thirteenth. Dumb move by me.
 
I wonder if Amazon just put in an order to Apple to say give me X amount of MBA. Hopefully they fill these orders soon! Not like Amazon to take forever to ship.
