OMG...Amazon 20% coupon on NEW Macbook Airs

I feel good about this week. Hopefully this will be the week I can stop using my 12 inch Asus.
 
cancelled my order for 13 / 256 . got me the 17"mbp quad. waiting a month on a laptop is OUTRAGEOUS. i only can wonder when people will get their laptops who ordered it after me. i ordered it on august 9th. the wait blows and sometimes having a laptop trumps the fact that you saved 200-300$ . good luck guys. Ive officially given up on this MBA deal.

If I didn't already have my macbook 13.3, I would had canceled as well. It's only annoying because I want my newer, up to date laptop.

I changed my shipping address (I'd had my Dad's down in case it arrived while I was out of town last week) and my 13/256 date was updated to 9/14-9/30, closer than it was before. So hopefully it'll be soon. I have another laptop to use in the meantime, so not a big deal for me.

However, I fully encourage anyone in line before me, er, I mean, who ordered before 10:30 pm PDT on 8/8, to go ahead and cancel their 13/256 orders. :)
 
has any one had luck using the coupon off of ebay? did amazon accept it?

I am late to the party and wanna know if it is still worth it pursuing this deal.

Can't help you with the coupon except to say that it expires Thursday 9/8 at 11:59pm PDT.
 
Yes! I finally got mine today. I ordered my base 13" on 8/6. Hopefully they got more in.

I'm waiting too - I actually need this for work. I did 28 presentations over the last two weeks and I had to do them on PPT because I didn't have my Air with Keynote. I'm going out of my mind waiting. I've been using my wife's iMac but it obviously isn't portable...

BTW, ordered mine on 8/9 like the guy above...
 
I am debating if possible to swap my base 13" w/ 13" w/ 256GB w/ someone else? I went w/ BootCamp and feel like 128G is not enough for my needs.
