Helps prove the point that they have produced more of the blue bands. It just sucks that people are still processing...
 
Guys, do you think Apple will charge for orders and change status from Processing to Preparing for Shipment over the weekend?

Exactly. You don't really use the watch when it's charging so short is fine but I do use the phone a lot when it's plugged in and had to buy the longer cable. Probably a strategy to suck more money out of us lol
 
For those re-ordering other variants how do you know which will be on a faster schedule? They all say June on the Apple Store don't they?

They might change to preparing for dispatch and then dispatch on Monday, for delivery on Tuesday. I would hope so, at least.

This!

All I can think is that they want you to charge your Watch right next to the bed (where there might not be a socket?!?!) but I'm pretty sure 99% of us already charge our iPhones within arms reach of the bed...

I didn't even know that there was a 1m, cheaper cable. The one I order is 2m. Still processing. I suppose I could cancel it and then order the 1m.

Edit: Although it's showing as still processing Apple seems to have taken the money so no point in cancelling now.

It's all very misleading on the Apple Website, where orders that are scheduled for June are dispatching earlier. Apple should be more truthful so that people who want a watch earlier can decide by looking at the models that have greater stock levels.
 
Just placed an order for a 38mm blue sport. We will see if it gets dispatched sooner than the space grey. They can only take payment for one watch anyway, so first one to dispatch gives Apple my money 😛

That's true even the white and blue sports which seem to be really easy to get say June. Those have been shipping a few days after placing orders for most people.

Exactly, I would hope that they have somewhat ramped up production of Space Grey models now, although they should have done this 2 weeks ago when orders were building up.
 
Anyone here got a pic of the 38mm Silver w/ Blue Sport band on the wrist?

Kinda tempted as they seem to be shipping quite quick..

Haha, I agree! The only way Apple are going to get my money faster is if they make my Space grey watch faster. I'm not ordering any other model.
