lol, I'm about 50 mins away from EMA. Same state as you. Looks like our macs are going to be coming in on the same plane. Fingers crossed for Monday!

Could help explain why some MBPs were left behind in Germany last night (unless clear skies in Britain/Germany are considered ADVERSE WEATHER).

I just emailed them (again) and they're still only apologizing for the delay. However, they said that they would be happy to "discuss a gesture of goodwill as an extension of our apology for the delay" after I receive it.

Mine was left in Cologne by stupid UPS. I was alongside sp3ctre at Cologne and for some reason (UPS being crap) mine didn't make the flight. The excuse given was 'ADVERSE WEATHER CONDITIONS'. They're just using the volcano as an excuse now, the flights are all back on.

have a little faith. Just because the airspace restrictions are lifted, doesn't mean the system isn't still in complete chaos. I don't think UPS can be blamed entirely, they must have a backlog to clear and warehouses overflowing, with all kinds of big corporate clients at their throat.

so I surmise.. it's also on this mythical flight to germany? I'm in Ireland. Ironically, i'm flying to Germany on sunday meaning that.. if my MBP will be in germany today, and in ireland on monday.. But by then, i'll be in germany.

Hahaha you think that's bad - I'll be landing at Shanghai Pudong next Saturday...with my new MBP in my hand luggage.

Oh the irony indeed.
 
I'm officially pissed right now.
Yesterday the tracking page said departure scan. I went to bed and expected my MBP to be on the plane and to see it's departure from Incheon this morning.
But they updated my status with natural disaster.
WTF?! Hello? Natural disaster IS OVER! I'm fed up with UPS's excuses.

Maybe the natural disaster was that the pilot farted?
 
Mine has arrived yes, however I am getting my daughter ready for lunch so will have to wait till later on. Box looks a bit tatty and battered.
