Our MBP is stranded in ShangHai thread [UK/Eu]

Initial estimated delivery date on the apple 'order status' page was 27th-28th April.
On the tracking page said estimated delivery date of 5th may.
I'm actually quite lucky then cos I'm receiving on day of estimation.
Same here - My notebook still stranded somewhere since ordering on the 16th - No news.

UK vs the rest of Europe
If you MBP shipped around the 17th, it's already in Europe, maybe in the DC.
All the reports of status change and tracking# came from the UK which use the UK DC whereas the rest of US go through the NL DC located in Waalwijk.
I received some info from Kuehne & Nagel yesterday. My Macbook has arrived in Europe on the weekend and was scheduled for delivery into the Apple distribution centre in NL-Waalwijk yesterday evening.... No status change so far!
Has anyone received a "NL Distribution Center" status or TNT tracking number????

Thanks for that but mine shows no carrier tracking number even though it was dispatched 11 days ago.

Received invoice from Apple Ireland today, any indication from that when to expect delivery? + 5 days after invoice? +10 days?

24th may is the right estimation. Originally mine said 28/29 April it has been shipped on 24th which was 7 days after placing order although it said ships within 3 business days and delivery pushed back to 11th may

Mine was by 28th but then got bummped up to 5th May... just waiting for UPS...
Strange yesterday when I called Apple had no idea where it was, and today its out on a van.. also its TNT that usually delivery merge stock but this time UPS.. I wonder if TNT are having issues with apple
I ordered on the 14th, with en ETA 28th/29th and status "Merge in Tnst NL Til", got the shipping confirmation on the 24th with an ETA of May 11th. Today, I called Apple Store Support, and was told that, as far as she knew, it and many similar CTO orders actually haven't been shipped out of China, since they are having many delays with flights to Europe. FML
I would ignore whatever the apple reps say. We've already proved again and again that the majority of what they say is wrong. Its just nice that by spending MORE with a company we receive LESS customer service.
THE INTERNET WILL HEAR OF THIS!!!
It's anybody's guess... I honestly don't think that even Apple knows where our MBP's are!

I really hope my estimate delivery is wrong. If it does come on 24th May then that's 1 month since shipped (26th April) and over 1 month since ordered (14th April).
That's just crazy...I could've went to Shanghai myself and back to the UK quicker than this.....and that's driving in my little VW polo!!
My "Apple Order Status" webpage gives 3 or 4 different dates (???):

It's enough to even make a dedicated Apple worshipper fanboy get pissed off! (not that I'm one of them, quite the opposite, wish I could cancel my order now, but that's not possible)

Estimated Delivery: 03 May 2010 - 04 May 2010
But the current status is "Not yet shipped". If i count the business days from the day i ordered, it will be exactly 7 days. So I hope it will be shipping today

funny... mine states "Shipment Dispatched"... did yours say this and change to "In Transit to Customer" after??
