I phoned apple store and they told me my MBP is in Lux. now and it'll arrive in Holand by 4pm, so TNT or UPS is going to pick it out at 7pm. Then they'll send me an email with the real tracking no.:D

Looks like you're the only one having a new status...
 
I used the following form to get tracking info from Kuehne & Nagel:

Don't forget to tick the "trace my Apple order" box.

Typed in my apple ref number (starting with 811) into the "existing User-ID".

Got the following info:

the MacBook you have ordered is currently in transit from China to Europe due to be delivered into the Apple distribution centre in NL (Holland) - Waalwijk on Friday, April 30th. It will be merged there with the 2nd part (MC377ZM/A) and send out via courier service (UPS, TNT, etc.) which will then be outside of the responsibility of Kuehne + Nagel.

Does anybody know if any of the "merge in NL" (Holland) orders have been delivered yet?

Seems like only the UK Distribution centre orders are getting through...

Just name, email, etc... , together with ref number and ticked the Apple order box at the bottom.

They will then send you the info by email after a few minutes.

Nothing yet for me..

Guess all the readers of this thread have just gone and filled in the form..

I was a convert.. but now I'm being put off with how awful they're being.

I've called 3 times and got a different answer each time!

So the earliest you'll receive it is next Tuesday, after the Bank Holiday....

Just got a reply back also - delivery to Holland this week end. So won't arrive till next week...

At least now I know ! I can organise much better a business trip to Morocco which I have planned.

I think Steve Jobs is loosing the plot. All this secrecy and "I can tell you but then I will have to kill you" attitude... Won't even tell us where our orders are!

I am thiiiiis close to cancelling mine - don't think I can at this stage, at least not on my order page on the internet . Another option is maybe to send the MBP back to Apple when and if I receive it, if they give me my money back, of course!

I phoned customer care and asked to speak to a supervisor.Tried to remain calm and gave him a full and reasonable explanation and he was left with no option but to cancel it.I feel sooo much better....

You may have a point.But as I said earlier in the thread I need a computer to work, and I can't afford to wait any longer, Apple are preventing me from earning money with their incompetence...

This will be my first Apple notebook, if it ever arrives.

Certainly I am also quite a bit nervous, in case there is a problem that needs fixing in the future.
Definitely so far Apple has not lived up to my expectations.

I heard so often that Apple is such a wonderful company. Maybe it was, but in a previous life....

I've got "Assigned Carrier: NL DISTRIBUTION CENTER" as well. Wonder if it means that it left China or that it is somewhere near NL :confused:

I have the same. That means that the mac is near NL so you should know your tracking no. today. That's what apple store told me this morning
