Finally received the email to complete the order. Looks like that five minutes in between 2nd and 3rd order cost me some time in delivery. Expected date is Nov 17-24 for kids phone.
Has anyone been able to get it under AT&T Next... I canceled my Best Buy order and it’s saying I’m ineligible for AT&T Next, have to pay full price.

In the past, when I have canceled an order it took a while for ATT's system to catch up and release the upgrade that was used by Best Buy.
You might want to call ATT or chat and tell them that you canceled and want them to process it. That way you can go back and commit the Apple Store transaction.
EXACTLY the case with me. I tried to then order again and got another notification saying there is already pending reservation and to wait for an email. Never got anythingI saw the screen pop up saying I have a reservation but didn’t take screenshot. I haven’t gotten any emails at all. Has this happened to anyone else, I’m worried.
I received the original email, received the second email letting me know that it was ready to place my order but any attempt to look up the reservation # says "Sorry we could not find your reservation...". I also called Verizon and they confirmed they did see an order for the iphone X requested from apple so I'm not sure what the hell is happening now..
