After i go the second resiveration email i go:
Nice. Still debating to cancel my 17-24 delivery date and go with the reservation email. Don’t know if that’ll be the nov 3rd delivery date. The first email came in at 2:41 pst.

same exact thing here. I read that someone cancled their order and it still said they were not allowed to order:

There's an existing order for the phone number you provided. You can only have one upgrade order per phone number at a time.
You'll be able to place additional iPhone orders once you receive and activate this iPhone.
 
I can't since it's the same number. It won't process two phone purchases with the same number. I'll have to cancel and finish up the email process with the hope it speeds up the delivery date. But not sure when Verizon will release the pending upgrade on my account.
What is your shipping date from your original order?
 
I got the reservation emails this morning. However, I went through the order process a second time last night and have an order number with a 11/3 date. I just want to make sure that I don't need to follow through on the reservation email and can ignore it. If I have an order number, then the reservation isn't needed, right? I'm just worried that these are somehow for the same order. Thx.
 
So i got the email telling me I can complete my order, i tap the link enter my res #, start going through the process and then i get a popup that says “Were unable to complete your order online. The apple online store uses your ATT billing address as a shipping address and cannot ship to a PO box.” My shipping is different than my billing, my shipping is correct in the online store, but the store is pulling the wrong address from ATT. after i tap ok i am left with nothing in my bag and the process repeats. Tap email link, etc. on the phone with apple now and best solution seems to be change billing address so far.

It paid off. I received the 2nd email at 10:43 PST. I have a ship date of 11/3.

So those that are waiting. Just hang in there.

Did you guys check your spam folder? Maybe, just maybe the email is sitting in there.

Maybe you'll see an email come through sometime today

Hopefully it comes through for us. I’ve checked every folder in my emails but found nothing.

What time did you get your order in (that resulted in the reservation #)? Seems like from what I see here, lots of people are not getting theirs on 11/3
 
anyone have any tips >> I preordered 1/2 successfully last night at 12:15am. But AT&T couldn't confirm so I had to wait for the second email. Second email came, and I went through all the steps excitedly (wireless number, social, passcode texted from apple), but after I get to the very end MY CART IS EMPTY WTFFFF DO I DOOOO

also I've tried to get through the flow on my phone and on two differently configured macbooks, with both chrome and safari

Me too. Got my second email for my second phone about 20 minutes ago. Both are showing confirmed 11/3. Just be patient, everyone.
 
Those of us who placed a second order under AT&T Next through Apple while waiting for the reservation emails are stuck in another purgatory.

I placed an order on Apple after getting the reservation screen (but no email) and got the 5-6 weeks estimate and no issues getting AT&T Next rates. Then when I got the reservation emails, I waited until my existing Apple order could be canceled and then canceled it.

NOW, however, when trying to finish my reservation order (for Nov 3 delivery) I'm unable to pick AT&T Next and it just shows "" on the reservation step 3 page. After a forever chat with Apple Store support I'm basically stuck waiting for Apple to fix the issue before the 24 hour reservation period expires. Both AT&T and Apple sites show the line as being eligible for AT&T Next but I think the upgrade status was saved at the time the reservation email was sent, which for me, would mean that it saved the "not AT&T next eligible" status with the reservation since I already had a pending AT&T next order with Apple at that time. The Apple Store chat person had no way to see if my theory was correct or any way of refreshing the upgrade status of the reservation.

Is anyone else in the same boat? Placed another AT&T next order with Apple while waiting for the original reservation confirmation emails?
 
Wtfffff I just got the order and it pushed me back to nov 17-24 delivery??? I’m sooo pissedddd it’s supposed to be nov 3 pick up at the store such bullcrap.
 
I got the reservation emails but when I click the link to complete the order, I get the following error:

"We’re sorry. We can’t find your reservation. Please verify your information and try again."

Has anyone else ran into this?
do you have an existing order?
 
I can't do anything even though I got my email because I can't get in touch with anyone via phone

I was supposed to get my pickup at the store at 11/3 when I ordered now I got pushed bCk to 2-3 weeks because of the reservation bullcrap. Omg so pisssedddd!!!!!!!!
 
Just finished a chat with Apple Support. They confirmed that my original order was indeed complete (which told me "Order in Progress" and had my "W" confirmation number in an email at 12:03am with my credit card being charged in full at 12:05) and that I should ignore the other 2 emails about completing my reservation. (I never got any email about a reservation when I completed my pre-order, only that it was in progress and shipping on Nov 3rd)

So if you got a W number originally and later got a B reservation number, I believe based off my experience, you are safe to ignore those "complete your order" reservation emails. (Again, if you already have a W number and your status already says "Order in Progress").

I placed an order and got the reservation notice but forgot to write it down or take a screen shot. I still haven’t received any emails. Am I out of luck?
 
I got an order in on the apple website for a verizon 64 gig space gray (pay in full) about 3:08 am eastern. Received the reservation email at 5:41 am. Received the second email to complete the order at 1:44 pm. Confirmed for November 3 delivery.
