watermark is like the oil rainbow u get on tight fitting clear cases, this does it slightly not as bad as the PS airjacket tho

I received mine yesterday and not really impressed. I would never pay the retail price online for it.

Can anyone confirm if this case works with the Power Support Crystal installed on front and back? Also, is it thinner overall than the Bumper?

I'll let you know. My back PS Crystal film should arrive today. The front films don't matter because the case only covers the back/sides.

These pictures don't show anything. I see a big silver X. The side view is all blurry.

sorry for the low quality pics, I only have iphone 3g, but if you see the 'X' that is our ceiling fan on the reflection but if you notice on the first pic on the end of the 'X' reflection you'll see like a wing shape kind of when you like apply a clear gel and it leaves some trail... I don't know, I can't think of a word on that defect, it's not a scratch but it's like a 'blemish' of some kind. I wish i have a better camera .

It's ok. So that's a fan! Ok. That was distracting from the defect. That sucks. All the wait and you got a defect. Did u contact them?

Powersupport films

Just wanted to let you guys know that both Powersupport Front AND Back Crystal films are compatible with this case. I have both on right now and the case "snaps" into place with the phone, no movement whatsoever

So I decided to contact Apple and at first they could not figure out how they can send me a replacement because on their record I already ordered the free case and that's it. They put me on hold and talked to the manager and finally they asked for my iPhone 4 serial number because the order is tied in to the serial number and they were basically able to place another order on the case. They gave me the same original order number for the replacement case and I will use it to track my order.

I got an email right after saying that my replacement case will now ship on September 16, I hope it will still be shipped early just like the one I just got that was shipped early. I also got another email providing me with RMA number and prepaid shipping label so I can return the defective one. All in all it was a very good customer service experience. All in all I'm still happy even though I got a defective one at first. I really liked the case and I just hope it's not defective this time. Wish me luck! :p

sweet deal! how about bubbles? I have the exact same setup.

I received mine today but it was weird cuz when I checked shipping status it said it had arrived at my local post office at 7pm today. To my surprise though when I got home from work and looked in the mailbox there it was lol. I have a BSE on the back of my iPhone and it DOES fit with the case only down side is it DOES leave the oil slick/water marks on the back. I prefer to have those marks rather than dust getting in between and scratching the back of the phone. The case is def very nice and feels very well made. I took off my bumper and will give this a shot for a couple of weeks or till something else comes out that catches my attention lol.

Do you also have BSE on the sides? I have BSE on both the back and the sides and I have this case on order...wondering if it will fit w/ the side pieces on...

Thanks

Does it work with invisishield full body shields?

Was wondering if anyone has tried using the incase with a zagg full body shield with back front and sides. Does it work?

I only have the BSE on the back of the phone. It wouldn't fit with the side pieces.

Got my clear Incase on 8/12. Excellent review and I totally agree. I'm glad I cancelled my initial Pixelskin HD order and went with this one instead.

Bah, stupid DHL/USPS. If it's shipping from CA to CA, it shouldn't take more than 2 days, 3 tops. But no, guess they have to take their full week. :p

Could I use a white Gelaskin with this? It'd be perfect if I could.

I tried this case with a white Gelaskin and it fits, but I guess due to its tight fit it has created ugly gray marks that do not look flattering.

Do you know if this scratches the back of the iPhone?

It will over time.

I got mine yesterday and was extremely disappointed with it. Fits nice but definitely will get dust between it and the iPhone, causing scratches to both metal and glass over time. That's not worth it to me.

Do Not Buy!!!

I've had this case for a little while now, and I can no longer recommend it. Upon taking a few flash photos at night, a noticeable white glare on the right side of every photo appeared. It took me a while before I realized that the case was causing the flash to glare into the lens. Taking the case off fixed all of the issues.

I wrote an e-mail to incase to see if they have a fix in store for free. You can see that they've already pulled the Amazon listings, so they're probably aware. My sister's griffin case also has the issue to an even greater extent. This might be a problem with every case without an adequate cutout around the flash. Try it for yourself by taking a flash photo in a dark area.

I highly doubt this, you joined just to post this false info? I'm having no issues.
