Well I have to add, that the email was addressed personally to me and with my particular order number. Not sure if that is standard practice, or everyone usually gets a mass email.
On four occasions I called the 1-800-MYAPPLE number to see if I could get anymore specifics. The fourth and final call, is when I really let them have it. I went on a decent rant about the vagueness of their "Available to Ship" date, and told them that I was extremely dissatisfied with the lack of information.
The contents of the email, almost mirrored all the points from my rant. So when I read it, it was kind of uncanny and eerie. Nevertheless, I'm glad that I got some response. Now to see if Apple acts upon their email.![]()

Hopefully they'll update our statuses soon, I'm sure they know we're tired of waiting
