Some of us who ordered on the 20th still have "Processing" status so I guess you will have to wait a bit longer.![]()

I also just noticed and confirmed with AT&T there is ZERO wait on the 32 and 64GB Silver..Could order right now and it will be here in two days.
That is disgusting... not you wanting it, but the fact that there's so many of those readily available. Someone at Apple goofed, or they still don't seem to be understand that the real demand is in the gold model.

That's really odd... do you live in the US (regarding the cases)? Regarding the phone, it really depends. If by the 11th (upcoming friday) Apple has shipped all orders up to about September 28th... then you may see yours by October 21. However, if by upcoming friday they only reach maybe the 23-25th... then that might be unrealistic.
As deflating as it is to hear (believe me, I and many others know), Apple may just very well use every day of the month. Your phone could ship on the 31st, for all we know.
That is what is killing me...
Option 1 - Wait it out and wait for my 64gb. The part that sucks about this in addition to the wait is i have to order 2 more golds after i activate this line. Apple will only allow one phone order on new service.. ******** about this...Found this out AFTER i canceled my AT&T order that i placed on the 20th for all 3 lines(AT&T screwed up hardcore and duplicated my order 3 times and had no idea what was going on) So once i receive my 64GB Gold, i have to order 2 more and wait those out, I think i will pick them up in store though as the weekly stock seems to be pretty good.
Option 2 - Cancel my order and take the chance of scoring one with in store pickup. I saw a couple 64gb gold's pop up a couple times early last week locally within an hour, many 16gb were showing also. I did not cancel my order as i thought it was the same case as the week prior, these were not reservations for phones, i was wrong though. They are reservations so i should have order it. They were sitting there for about two hours also before they disappeared! If i knew they were reservations i would have canceled and placed my order for local pickup. The bad thing about this is that if you cancel your order, the phone could be gone by the time you check out. If that actually happened i think i would be done with Apple.
Option 3 - Say screw it and just get all silvers and have them here in 3 days. the gold is so subtle that you could actually mistake it for a silver when looking at it from the front, the back has more of a shade to it so it does look gold.
I know what i am going to do already though most likely... Option 2, I am going to spot one this week within an hour of me and cancel my order. If i checkout and that phone is not available i think i am going to blow...
I live in a somewhat small city in Kentucky, tenth largest in Kentucky, however we don't have anything that deals with the iPhone 5S, however, we have many iPhone 5C's and iPhone 5C cases. In fact, the only AT&T store in my city hasn't received another shipment of iPhone 5S's since launch day.
Called Apple online customer service. I told them how upset I was that it is now my 16th day waiting for my phone and my customer service rep was very apologetic. He said he'd be very surprised if they didn't ship out this week.
Also, he gave me a free case. (◕‿◕✿)

Hmm... I guess I didn't use such strong language... definitely noted.

On a side note: I received an email this morning from Apple, with a link to complete a customer service survey. I gave it to them pretty good in that survey, so hopefully they respond to that as well.
Btw, which cases were they offering?

I was trying to decide which colour of the iPhone 5S cases that I wanted, but he said, "Oh I meant you could get ANY case." So I went on the Apple website and decided on a nice Marc By Marc Jacobs case. There was a limit though, because he said he couldn't give me the $80 Michael Kors case, which was fine because it wasn't my thing.![]()
