You ordered your phone in the future? How long did it take you to find fuel for the flux capacitor?
P.S. The reason why it's an International Shipment is Apple shipped it directly from Foxconn in China!

Sorry, I meant to say September 20th, with all the Cold Weather we are having this morning here in Chicago it all ready feels like October 20th, it was 45 degrees Farinhight this morning!
I have been lurking, just created an account so I can join in the Gold misery. I had my husband go stand in line for me launch morning at an Apple store but they had hardly any golds. They were gone by the time they got to him with tickets. I ordered my phone on apple.com around 7 something Eastern time on the 20th. So a little more than four hours after launch. Gold 32 GB ATT.
I am still processing. I also ordered a case and paid the expedited shipping. I just called Apple to express my concern that my case is only returnable till this weekend and I don't have a phone to try with it yet. She could not help me at all. I also asked if paying for the expedited shipping was worthwhile and she could not answer me. I asked about the vague "October" and narrowing down the date and she said we do not know, we only know they are back ordered. So gold phones ordered hours after launch are back ordered? That phone call me left me more hopeless than before!! I know it's just a phone but my 4s broke and I am using my husband's old 4 right now and it is very slow. It's my work, home and cell phone. I am almost 8 months pregnant and just want this phone before the baby is here!

I hear you... I also ordered the gold 64 AT&T on 9/20 and still processing. I'm using my 4s now which is broken, both screen and back, and it's barely usable without being plugged in. I have one year old twins and I can't even take pics because my phone goes from 100% to 1% in a couple of minutes while I'm trying to catch them on camera. It's frustrating! I NEED that phone!
They didn't order gold phones, or if they did they got lucky and got a carrier who shipped them out.
I think the gold one is getting the most delays, but I noticed alot of gold orders being shipped the last few days on various forums. So it seems to be moving.
Call back and speak to another rep. I am in the exact situation (except it is for Verizon 5s) and was given a $39 credit for the case. It didn't include the sales tax, but I'm not complaining.
Okay, that irritates me that they are not treating customers the same either. I will call back and try again.
You can't use this as a barometer as to whether your order is on time. If you ordered a ATT 32gb silver before 9/24 maybe, but other sizes/carriers/capacities wouldn't apply.
I specifically said AT&T 32gb Silver, Placed 9/24. What part of that said anything about any other combination?
lol I know it's frustration, I am still waiting on a gold order to show some movement.
Day 16 (11th business day) of processing. This is getting ridiculous. I wouldn't be surprised if Apple/Foxconn only produce 20 golds per day.

It's weird that although we've seen some movement with the gold phones these past few days, they've all been in and around 3AM EDT, which is still the first hour of launch. I find that extremely frustrating.

Received a Charge Notification from my Credit Card company at 1:00pm Eastern Time today (about half an hour ago).
Up until now no change in status (still Processing), even though all other items on the order changed status right after I received the Charge Notification from my CC company.
I hope I will see some progress soon.

As much as I love the idea of a Gold 5s, I'm not loving the idea that I might be getting a product that's 5 weeks into its life cycle.
Not that I'm saying it's all or nothing with phones, and one has to get it on launch day for it to be worth every penny. It's just the principle that pretty much everyone who ordered anything but gold, is getting theirs first. I keep asking myself if I'm rewarding bad behaviour, by continuing to wait.
Why in the hell is it that Apple still doesn't seem to have a clue? The phone is entering its third week, and still doesn't have anything to show for, in terms of gold. Has their heads been up their ass for the past 2 weeks, and they still think it's appropriate to make 33% of each phone?
I really don't know what I should do...

So I'll be patient and hopefully receive a shipping confirmation email by at least 10/21/13. Anything sooner would be awesome!
But considering I'm reading comments with people still waiting who ordered on launch day... It doesn't look like I'll be that lucky.
