Sept 20th orders with October ship date, Apple.com buyers. [MERGED]

Called today inquiring about delivery times and such. He said he couldn't make any promises, but he thought I would have it a few days before November 1st.
Then, they proceeded to wave the $10 I had already paid for the expedited shipping. After that, he offered me a case. I started to say yes, but since I never use one I figure I would ask if there was anything else I could get in place. He said sure, and asked what I was looking for. I said I was interested in the apple in-ear headphones, without realizing they were $79. He said it wasn't a problem and added them to my order just like that.
All together saved $89.
Apple's customer service continues to be great.

Looks like mine is in with yours. I did pay for expedited shipping. It's ultimately going to Virginia.
Given my 10/14 delivery date compared to some 10/16s, I'd say expedited shipping does actually get your phone to you faster.
Our phones are plane buddies! I'm sorta hoping that they'll deliver on Saturday but that might be a stretch.
Gold iPhone's for my mom and fiancé, got them today! Good luck to everyone, these phones are pretty tough to get.

Yeah there's just not way, it doesn't even look like it's made it onto a new plane. Given that the deliveries of iPhones usually happens super early morning, there's just not time for it to get from Alaska to the east coast by tomorrow AM, or even tomorrow afternoon for that matter.

My status changed a couple hours ago. This morning, I was one of many with the Oct 24-28 shipping date with a delivery date of Nov 4. Just checked and now the phone will ship by Oct 18 and will be delivered by Oct 25.
I'm not going to get all excited, I'll probably get up in the morning and see a Nov delivery date again.

Ordered my Gold 32 GB iPhone (AT&T) on 9/22 so needless to say I'm with the majority who have not received theirs yet. I received the email today that said the shipping dates had been updated to Oct. 24th - 28th blah blah blah BUT.......................
I just got off the phone with a GREAT rep. at Apple by the name of Gloria and pretended as if I didn't know anything in regards to the recent update they implemented. I was very nice to her and explained my situation and she upgraded me to expedited shipping AND when i thought that was it, she threw in a free case (I got Red to try something different).
I think with those extra perks (I've seen that others here have got these added too), I can wait a few more weeks.

My tracking is identical so it looks like mine is also on the same path. My delivery date is Tuesday 10/15 though, with no expedited shipping. I'm in Orlando, FL.
