I really don't know where... there are no planes to Toronto during the day. Didn't get an arrival or import scan at Louisville, just two departure scans from there. That was just before 4:00 this afternoon...
And how can some people have orders that are "preparing for shipment" for 2 weeks ? Does it take that long to put a phone in a box and slap a label on it ?
It takes about 2 months for them to make the actual phone. So 2 weeks to put a sticker on a cardboard box seems about right.

I think that's where the UPS people are going to end up when I'm done with them.

I really don't see why it is so hard to make a phone, then deliver that phone, in a timely manner.
It was bad enough that it took 3 weeks for the phone to leave the factory, so bad on Apple. Now instead of the process getting easier, it's another adventure just to get it to my house! With such horrible logistics, you would think Apple was hand delivering them to your door!
Now UPS's reputation is slowly sullying, for whatever reason! Are they in cahoots just to screw us over? When you fly planes around the world 24/7, why is it that you can't get it to my home in 3 days? You were able to complete that task last year!
I bet the Apple Retail Stores don't have to go through this garbage. Shame on both Apple and UPS!

The current lack of communication is driving me nuts. I mean are our phones going back to freaking China?? Where are they?? Why didn't they get here when they should have??
I was really trying to be understanding of Apple, but this whole business with UPS is just too much to take. Hell it would have been faster to go to China, make the phone myself, and bring it back to Canada!!
When I wasn't getting that arrival scan, I kept thinking that the pilot and the plane must have been doing "suicides" across America! The plane landed already for 6+ hrs, and you don't have the courtesy to scan the damn label?!
Next I get a departure scan... departure to where? Now I don't know where my phone is! Why not just follow the schedule... at least I would have peace of mind if they just held it in Louisville for departure in the morning!
We will probably see our phones go back to China. At that point I'll be kicking in both the doors of Apple and UPS! This is an atrocity... and an absolute logistics sham!!!

BTW it's being driven there, and most likely will be driven to Buffalo as there is no airport in Mansfield that UPS flys in or out of. It's a really small town.

I'm sure you're more competent than UPS has shown to be over the last three days. As soon as yours arrived in Louisville, it seems from then on they have completely forgotten how to move packages through the system.

I ordered 32G Gold on 9/21 at 9:30 a.m. AT&T. Still processing and anticipated to ship between 10/24 - 10/28 with delivery date on or before November 4th. Waiting patiently.

Really, why? I would have though that we would have been put on the same truck.
Anyways if the last day and a half has shown anything, I'll probably get caught up somewhere and yours will catch up.

The way UPS has been operating, I wouldn't be surprised to see it end up down there for a while. She might want to experience the warm Florida climate, before entering the harsh Great White North.

Has anyone that received the email from Apple with a ship date of 24-28th, actually ship before the date? Been checking a few times a day to see if it will ship before the predicted date, since we all somewhat agreed those were "safety" dates. I'm beginning to think those are realistic dates. The phone I ordered on the 20th is still processing.
I'm assuming yours is still stuck at processing? Probably it will ship 2 or 3 days earlier than 24th (my best bet).
Maybe we were on two different trucks... but regardless, yours got the inside track on mine!
I didn't arrive into Mount Hope until 4:22 am.
