When the cases first released they went a lot faster than expected so now they're waiting for more shipments.
Just a follow up, my case snapped on the bottom as well while removing to clean. I was very cautious to begin with, but any force really breaks like a twig.

Ouch, that lower part having snapped on 2 people doesn't fill me with confidence. I'm still awaiting for mine to arrive, probably by early next week. It would be great if the silicone part would be tight fitting so you won't have to take the band off and risk snapping it during the cleaning procedure.
That sux. Mine is tight as hell. Getting it off would be a pain the ass. Since the case is not see through, really don't see the point of taking it off to clean. Only way I am taking it off is to replace with with another case, maybe Fusion Raw.
Could u post some pics? I really dig the case would like another try at the case but I wished they reinforced the bottom or somehing
This case sounds like a great concept with poor execution. Some people report a loose fit. Some people report a tight fit. The outer frame seems really fragile around the connector. And SGP has essentially pulled them from the website. You can look but you can't order. I wonder if SGP rushed this case to market, screwed up, and are now rushing to redesign it while they put the website into pause mode. I'm slipping into "who cares" mode. Too many other alternatives to wait for SGP to get their head out of their collective butt.
the case really looks amazing however that frame looks so terribly brittle i just can't consider this as an option.
does the neo hybrid offer any sort of drop protection? or is it mostly protecting against scratches?

Think of the Neo Hybrid as a bumper plus. I suppose the silcone cover would absorb most of the shock of a reasonable drop. Also, since the back is covered it would offer a bit more protection than a standard Apple Bumper. Remember, this is a thin case that keeps much of the original look of the iPhone. If complete protection is what you're looking for, maybe you should be looking at a slider style case.
hmmm...i'm really starting to consider this case. i really love my pixelskin hd and the type of protection it would give, but i would like something slimmer.
I've been using the case for about a week now and despite the durability issues and the perceived lack of quality, it's a good, minimalistic solution. For my purposes it works fine when I'm out somewhere that I may need to snap quick pictures (as opposed to taking the phone out of a leather pouch first) or access the phone quickly (usually when I'm at various functions or not in the office). Plus the yellow color is very sharp and stands out which is something I like.
I agree .. had concerns at first as the yellow part feels thin and fragile when standing alone, but once the set is put on the phone it really has a great feel to it .. very minimalistic and a sharp color combo .. have had it about a week and really love it .. have it paired with the black carbon fiber luckylabs with a yellow apple decal.

How big of a difference is there in the shades of yellow on the case and the decal? I was thinking about doing that but the decal seems to be a much darker shade
The decal is a shade darker but not that noticable .. it's quite a sharp looking combination .. would take a photo but my only camera is on the phone itself .. will wait til the hubby gets home with his phone and take a pic to post.
Very nice! I would love to order this case as well, but as others have said, it looks very cheap and does not look like its worth the 30 bucks!
