well all of you that did not get screwed, I hope it doesnt work when you go to install.
That way we all can be screwed together.
First I was like, "Hey that's mean."
Then I was like, "Awwww..."
Mine is in Kansas City, Oh Boy! Too bad I work all night for the next three nights. Do I have to be here to sign for it?
Should be here any time now, just waiting for the doorbell to ring! EDIT: I realise that it doesn't say that it's actually left their depot, but maybe it just hasn't updated yet (hoping).
Well, I guess New England should start checking their Email. My buddy ordered his yesterday (also in Boston) and his tracking number JUST (7:50PM EST) got sent.

Anywoo, My order is still showing prepared for shipment on her end, but still sounded confident I'd get it tomorrow.
She said she received an email, stating that Orders placed up until 2PM PST Wednesday, would be Delivered Friday.

What I can't figure out is how my rep said don't expect it until next week. I ordered mine through UTD on June 30th.
Ordered a family pack early on Monday. Order said "prepared for shipment" until late this afternoon. Shipping is now en route from PA to western MA. I'm in a pretty rural area, so delivery for tomorrow is obviously going to be true for all of the NE states.
Maybe she didn't want you to have high expectations?

Just got my shipment email! It's shipping out of Ontario, CA, only an hour north of me.
Does it say who is shipping it? Is it fedex?
Yup def fedex, I have the tracking number. Delivery scheduled for the 28th by 3:00 PM.
I just got the shipping notification for my Snow Leopard family pack. It shipped today via Fedex overnight shipping!
Also, something that might help: Apple seems to use your phone number as the reference number for FedEx, so if you go here and enter your phone number (numbers only) and today's date, you might be able to see your tracking before Apple sends the email.
Great tip! I was able to get the FedEx tracking information for my copy of Snow Leopard by using my phone number. Thanks!!

Halifax, Nova Scotia here. Ordered Monday morning around 10:40am (AST). A few hours later status changed to "Prepared for shipment", with a "Ships by August 28th" message. This afternoon around 4pm, it updated to "Shipped" via puralator, with the message "Delivered by Sept 1." Not looking like i'm going to have it on launch day.
I ordered my UTD disc July 1st and my order status shows no indication of being shipped or prepared for shipment! What gives??? Is there any chance of getting it tomorrow???
The Apple CSR told me that all UTD orders placed before 2pm on Wednesday should arrive tomorrow. Their order status site has been less than helpful. Check your e-mail once again tomorrow morning and hopefully you will have the confirmation you're looking for.
