Still no shipping info for my up to date. Perhaps later West coast time I will see an update to it.
Oh well. Perhaps a trip to the apple store is in my future. I do have 3 macs to upgrade to SL.

Me TOO!! Still no shipping info and the order states " ORDER NOT YET SHIPPED", for my UP TO DATE order I placed on Jun 18, 2009. As soon as the customer service opens I will be calling!! It is complete and total BS for all of these UTD orders to have not been filled and shipped with the other orders, when in fact we were one of the first to pre-order. This is UNSAT Apple and they should be held responsible for making it right, regardless of whether we paid $10 or $29, an order is an order!!!
I'm in the same boat! I ordered my UTD on June 17th. I am going to call apple later if it does not come today. It still says "not yet shipped" and we were probably some of the first people to order SL.
I knew I should have picked it up. The kingston store is about a 10min car journey from me. Now I have to wait for it to come
If you really can't wiat just buy it from Kingston and then return it again next week with the copy you get in the post.
anyone from singapore out there who have received their snow leopard orders? its like 7.40pm here now and i still have not received it. apple says it ships by 1 september but previously b4 my order shipped it stated by august 28 so im quite pissed off now and apparently theres no tracking number included in my order status because of my carrier so i have no way of tracking it

Well when we went into the store this morning my mate had to get past all the people seeing Apple Geniuses to pay. I think there were three other people buying it. The sales person said " I HAVE BEEN TOLD TO ASK YOU IF YOU HAVE 10.5 INSTALLED." he said yes and she sold him the disk. Thats all you need to do.

I can not be the only person that has received a copy in the post (UK) I am sure there are more. Postman arrived at 7:30ish with it. So they must have been sent out to others. I had it delivered to the Kingston Upon Thames area.
Finally shipped today in AU. It says estimated time for my UTD is the 7th. Great. I'm assuming I'll get it about Tuesday though.
I just called apple to see what's up and spoke to this chick that was dumb as s**t, she didn't even know what day it was, and said all I show in my system is it is prepared for shipment, and it should be there by the 28th. My answer was today is the 28th, and she said well it is 5 am PST so apple may use FedEx or something to deliver tomorrow on the 28th and that is all the info I can provide sir. Really????

That's odd because the Apple rep I spoke to said they sent them out by whoever ordered first.

Clearly stated on order that would be delivered on or before 28/8/09 i.e today.
Am I alone or do apple treat it's UK customers like crap. Every time i have ordered it's been via crappy UK mail. Why can't we get the same delivery as US. Anything big seems to go via every possible European country before it reaches the UK and even then you can't get a decent delivery.
We pay the same price yet get treated like crap. I have phoned apple but all they say is exactly what it says online. If they were honest would have gone to a store, it's not a big deal just disappointing. Why Lie ?
If you can't deliver on the said date why not make that clear instead of pissing people off. Come on apple stop relying on the look of your goods to win customers. Customer services counts for a lot also....

Even though I have spoken with 2 Apple reps (1 over the phone and 1 via chat) and they have both confirmed that my UTD disk will be delivered on 8/28, my order info still says Not Shipped and my credit card has not been charged.
