Luckily mine is in the same state just a couple hours away as of an hour ago. At least ups is more reliable than usps. Took them 24 hours to move a package I was supposed to get today according to their tracking about 25 miles.

Sorry to hear guys. I already have a notice saying it will be ready for pickup in the morning. I have a feeling many of these will be updated and ready for tomorrow.

Bless my watch’s heart. It’s cooling its heels in Orlando, waiting for a ride to Tampa. None of this drama.

Mine shows it left Anchorage, AK at 3:26pm. Says information unavailable for the scheduled delivery date. After Anchorage, where else does it go to? I live in NYC.

You better hope it is going from ANC to SDF (Louisville). Louisville is the main UPS Hub. The plane should lane just after midnight. That gives them about 2-3 hours to sort the packages and send them to their next plane. Planes leave Louisville between 2:15am and about 5:00am. New York usually has an early flight but they also have a second flight so as long as they get sorted, you should be good.

Mine is on the same plane, mine left at the same time. This plane is en route to their hub in Kentucky. I called UPS and he shows still on schedule for a delivery tomorrow

Anchorage is a refueling point for UPS and it's common for them to stop there when coming and going to the Far East. It is also a major point for items to clear customs.

I looked at my shipment info on UPS, and saw the reschedule to 9/24.
Then started reading through this thread. About halfway through page two, I decided to setup leave-it-at-a-UPS-store as a backup.
Went and logged back in to UPS, and delivery time had been updated to 9/21 by 4pm.

There's hope still, for my first ever launch day delivery.

That is pretty good proof that the phones are being moved.

so, if your delivery changed (slipped to Monday, or your delivery date disappeared completely), AND your phone has already left Anchorage, check here: https://flightaware.com/live/findflight?origin=PANC&destination=KSDF

Click on the UPS only button and limit it to UPS flights. There are currently seven aircraft in the air going between Anchorage and Louisville (the NA UPS hub), that left between 2PM and 4:30PM AKDT. Your phone is probably on one of those. Hopefully your tracking will update again (and maybe we'll get more accurate dates) when the plane lands and they are scanned in. My wayward phone "left" ANC at 8:52am, so it's likely on the ones that left before 3pm (I know a lot of people's phones "left" ANC around 3). So hopefully in the next hour I'll get an update.

Who uses UPS? UPS= unsatisfactory packaging service.
Who would you use instead? Fed-Ex has repeatedly had similar problems and UPS and Fed-Ex are the only 2 delivery services that cover a significant part of the US (neither one really covers the whole country) and has the vehicles to have a chance to do it.

Old joke- Did you hear Fed-Ex and UPS have merged? The new company will be called Fed-UP.

Strange thing is, I just got me email notifying me of my Apple care warranty and the expiration date is Sep 16, 2020, what the heck I don't even hav it yet :-( And the last check on UPS there is NO expected deliver date Hummm

I was nervous about a 9/21 delivery until early this morning when the phone departed Alaska. Both my AW 4 and XS Max arrived in my home town tonight so I’m good.

Does suck for others and maybe it’s a scanning issue
