Carrier Sprint iPhone X/8/7s Pre-Order and Dispatch Thread

Went to an authorized store.

Had an easy process to cancel my pre-order on the phone with Sprint.

The guy on the phone told me that a shipment from Apple was arriving to their warehouse this afternoon and should be sent out soon and tracking info would be updated for those that are still pending.

So I'm guessing most other pre-orders will end up out for delivery on Monday?

Walking away now with a space grey 64g 8+

I was told the same thing. He wouldn’t tell me how many, but said “You’re 9/15 so I’m pretty certain your phone will be sent out this weekend for a Monday delivery.” He had a list of all the phones that came in the shipment.

I should mention this was when I escalated my issue up to Marci and one of her people reached out to me.

Just dropping in to see more pictures. I called the store and they said it still had not come in so I continue to wait. She told me it was still pending, whatever that means. I guess it'll be there tomorrow or Monday.

If I could get a little consistency from Sprint I'd be okay.

Marci did well for me...as long as all pans out as she promised.

Her DM on twitter is public. I reached out and heard back in 30 minutes from her. Then one of her people called a bit latter. Nothing resolved and no status change, but it was at least nice to be heard. They did give me a small credit on my account.

Oh that's definitely worth reaching out for. I actually need my remaining phones before Tuesday. They're for people that's going out of the country.

You will definitely hear something!!!! They expedited my order and it’s already reached my home town. Was flown in by next day air!

I believe her name was Yvonne
 
I did receive my 3 8+ phones yesterday but wanted to change out one of their colors. Went to 3 different corporate stores including Best Buy and everyone was out of the + phones. At 1am I contacted sprint via chat and they were able to change one of my phone colors and stated many people are changing from the space gray to the silver like myself. Anyone my one phone is pending and afraid to see when it will arrive.

Yes I'm in Atlanta and went to 3 corporate stores yesterday and Best Buy. All are out of 8+ . Ended up ordering and exchanging via Sprint chat at 1 am this morning.


Is it just me or has anyone noticed the boards are a little quiet compared to previous years pre order threads, show me your case/what case did you get etc?

I got the $20 insignia case from Best Buy with this wireless charger!
