I've had 10 DM's with Marci and spoke with 2 of her people in the past couple days. What exactly did she do for you, and what was the name of the person on her team that helped you? All they do with me is sympathize and apologize. I did get a $40 credit from the first person. But nothing was done at all to update my order or change it's status. I'm early 09/15 pre-order btw.
Now it says shipping doesn't start till 9/26-10/7 for the iPhone 8 plus 256gb silver. It doesn't make any sense cause a lot of the stores have this phone here, but I can't get out of my preorder![]()

I've pre-ordered with Sprint last year for the iPhone 7 and it was a disaster.
This year, I used Apple's Upgrade Plan and pre-ordered the 8+ and will be delivered by tomorrow morning.
I will plan on using Apple's plan over anything Sprint when it comes to ordering iPhones from now on.
Ah... I see, it was that you had an in-store order that allowed them to do something about it. Most of us on here pre-ordred on Sprint.com.
