Carrier Sprint iPhone X/8/7s Pre-Order and Dispatch Thread

Every year I’m thinking the same thing about The Who-should-post-what-police who complain and share their opinions as if that’s post-worthy lol. Seriously what is the big deal if people kill some time comparing notes on what’s happening? Glad you put a smiley face, or I’d think you were complaining.. and oops posting something totally unpost worthy ooops my opinion hehe.

Post on and enjoy..I like reading these posts and skip over threads that bore me.
Friday’s coming! But you knew that :)

Folks are talking out of pocket about working from home in boxers at 25. Don’t nobody care about all that. Most people are trying to get to these phones without incident the best way they know how because baller or not, no one is trying to risk the safety of a thousand dollar plus device.

I called order support because I won't be home the next 2 days during the day and they told me absolutely not. They won't do anything without a first attempt by ups . So you got lucky lol

And to clarify on the previous convo about the SPRINT PROMO for IPhone X 350$ off reducing your payment from 47$ to 22.22$, you just need to be a current customer in the iPhone forever plan(or ones that allow you to upgrade after 12mo) and trade in a good condition phone!!!! Not having to pay the lease off if past 12mo! I believe iPhone 6-7+ are eligible, but not 100% sure about the 6’s, I have the 7+. But yup just confirmed with a confirmation # with a rep. WINNING! Hope everyone else is just as lucky!

I would, just to get that confirmation # locked in, because I was told earlier this week I would have to OWN my current phone first. But nope, if current phone is eligible (past 12mo payments/ recent device) you’ll be good to go. But I’m still going to call again as they said too when I activate mine tomorrow before sending it off, you’ll see the monthly charges decrease within 2 months!
 
Wooo still excited to receive my iphone on launch day for the first time, all my other iphone pre orders was just hectic:eek:. love seeing everyone posts every year:D see yall next September/October

So wait. If I’m on iphone forever and have a 7+ that I haven’t paid off I can contact sprint to have them apply the discount before sending my current leased phone back?

If you’ve had the phone 12mo+ and been paying, aslong as your phones a current model, then YES! I made sure to get it noted on my account with a confirmation # and was told to call before I send it off. But that as soon as they’re done inspecting, you’ll see the reduction in lease payments within 2months

Oh wow I had no idea. Me and the wife have had our 7+’s since launch so we should be eligible. I’ll have to contact sprint tonight to get in on this.

I was just told on chat the phone being traded in must be owned and not an actively leased or monthly installment plan phone. They unequivocally said phones not paid off are not eligible. Am I missing something?

I was told the same earlier this week, but talked with the sales team and her supervisor who ensured I did NOT have to own my current phone (paying it off) that I was eligible with being with iPhone for life plan, having a current model (7+), and currently past the yr mark of payments. So I just have to turn mine in. But I did make sure to have that written in my notes, and a confirmation # with the supervisor. Just in case they try and screw me, even though I only owe 158.
