What do I say when I call to get the deal? The phone not having to be paid off would mean that everyone who trades in a device on iphone forever for an x should automatically get the discount right? How do I ensure the offer is added to my account?

I can assure you, my two 7+'s were NOT paid off, and they knew it because they:
A) Leased them to me 12 months ago
B) Confirmed the device status by asking for the serial and IMEI #'s

Speak to a supervisor!!! With “sprint care or sprint sales” I was with sprint care. But I promise you, aslong as you’ve paid 12months, and your phones eligible as I listed, you have until nov 16th to turn it in, and your account will be discounted 19.45 from the 41.67every month, which is 22.22$!!! I logged onto my sprint account tonight and it gave me the option to upgrade to the X and return our 8+’s??? It let me complete the order and everything. I am very confused. Has anyone heard anything about this?

Found me decent case at Target for 25 bucks hope it fits well with my phone. Originally Sprint gave me a Delivery date for November 13 so I’m super shocked that’s I’ll be getting my phone Tomorrow. I wonder is this happing because sales are low? What do you all think?

My iPhone X is supposed to ship by 11/14. I decided to go with the iPhone Forever plan with the $350 promotional credit by trading in a phone. With this being said, since the promotion ends on 11/16, if I don’t get my iPhone X by 11/16, does than mean that I can no longer trade in my current iPhone for the promotional credit? Under the lease agreement, it does show the $19.45/month credit, so does this mean that as long as I trade in my phone I’ll get that credit, or do I have to trade in the phone by the 16th to get it?

That is crazy because I SWEAR I’m not lying.... called twice just to verify because y’all made me 2nd guess lol but no they assured me I was eligible, just have to return mine, wait for them to pass it as in good condition, then I’m good to go.... it’ll reflect on my account.

I checked my phones eligibility for a buyback on the sprint site and it comes up as not eligible because it has to be returned through the lease/installment billing program. I hope it works out for you guys who got reps to confirm it on the phone but knowing how horrible sprints customer service is and my past experience with then i have a feeling this is something id fight with them on the phone about for hours to only have them not honor it 2 months from now when the credits should show up.

yes I think I am on iPhone forever 18 month lease but after 12 months you can upgrade right? I’m gonna call again in the morning that was the sales team I talked to maybe I should try customer care

I did the same thing, upgraded my 7+ to the 8+. Got it on its respective launch day and am now upgrading my 8+ to the X. They are letting me upgrade and don’t have to pay any penalty fees or anything. Pretty nice deal

Think Sprint’s deductible is high (250ish), plus the monthly.
199 for AppleCare+, a 29 deductible for broken screen and a 59 dollar for device replacement, IIRC
Added feature with AppleCare+ is warranty and support gets extended to 2 years.
