Maybe. Apple did sell a standalone Space Black stainless steel watch before. But perhaps Hermes wanted something exclusive. As I recall, Apple charged a premium for Space Black, but for the Hermes models it's the same price (which is already inflated because of the branding).Could be part of the contract
