Yay! What took you so long, God? Maybe he wanted to kill him slowly. But why did God let him have children? He didn't even pay child support to them. No big deal. I'm so happy he's dead. Maybe now someone will donate all that money he was hoarding. But what is the news media going to do now that their favorite ******* is dead? All Jobs did was steal other people's ideas. How did that make him a "visionary"?

It's a shame we can't rid the world of sick people like this.

RIP Steve Jobs. Thank you for changing the world and inspiring so many.

Funny the way I found out was by going to MacRumors on my iPhone 4.
Steve you will be missed but I hope the drive to make awesome productions continues on at apple.

What a fun, wild, exciting, ride it's been. Apple will go on, but without that bit o' magic it won't be the same.

Thanks for being a part of my life, Steve, even though you didn't know it.

I've been here a long time - used to post a lot in the old days - time to pass along to the kids behind me to keep the fires burning. Good times...good times...

Keep on keepin' on...

Out. :apple:

From that insanely great Mac 512ke to my 2011 iMac, I've been using Apple computers pretty much nonstop. And with the iOS devices, now I use them more consistently throughout the day and expect to have them as a deep and meaningful part of my life going forward. Usually, at the top of that company, it was Steve Jobs pushing for the device to be better, better than what we knew we wanted and better than what more cautious folks thought would sell.

While we celebrate this great man, we should not forget all the other Apple employees that do a great job and are also instrumental in bringing us the products that we love and use every day. Steve didn't do this alone. But for today we will recognize a 21st century leader who will be sorely missed.

I'm sad that this man has passed.

Anyone having flowers delivered to their local apple store?

Farewell Mr. Jobs, you will be missed by the many. Here's hoping Apple will continue to live up to the legacy you have created.

RIP Steve Jobs

I haven't posted on MacRumors.com for years. I have to leave my respects for a man who's influenced my life.

Rest in peace Steve Jobs. You're in a better place and your brilliance has left the world a better place.

I'm sure my comments will be echoed here and also in conversations between apple users for years to come. I felt a great loss today when I heard the news today. I have never met Steve before but I feel as if I knew him as a friend, and even though he never met me, I feel as if he knew me personally. I attribute these feelings to his ability to share his dreams and creations honestly and on a deep humanistic level which made a connection between he and I. His products and creations were 'magical' because he was able to show me why HE thought they were great, and because he was genuine and honest in displaying his passion for his products, I believe this is why he was successful in convincing us to buy apple products. My deepest condolences go to his immediate family and to his apple family. Steve will live on through his achievements just like Henry Ford, Thomas Edison and other great inventors in history, and I will remember him for his ability not only to create, but his ability to make me feel like he was my friend.

Thank you Steve!
