Now I know why Taylor Swift likes Apple. They provide her with an iPhone where the music doesn't sound like crap coming from the internal speakers.

Or MAYBE she’s connected via bluetooth or airplay to a decent system. Why would you assume she’s using the internal speakers in this scenario?

After watching the video, I wish I hadn't. Not to mention that I refuse to be part of Apple Music. I own things. I don't subscribe to "services".

I couldn't care less about Swift, but I'm also not particularly fussed about Apple 'Releasing' an advertisement. It means nothing to me either way. Why do people feel the need to be offended by something like this? Surely ANY advertising is offensive.

If it's that upsetting, why not buy a device from a company that makes ads that are nice for your critical sensibilities. That'll show Apple.

I kept waiting for something to happen. Got nothing. I was expecting someone to walk in or that flat screen to fall on her head. Fail.

Does anybody not believe her letter to Apple was a PR stunt? I wouldn't be surprised if it's something Jimmy Iovine cooked up.

Waiting for the ad where she's dancing around, trips into cookie batter, Cookie monster mistakes her for a giant, odd shaped, cookie.

Yup, yup, yup. This ad was lame... and shows that Apple is desperate. Something tells me this would not pass Steve's quality check.

I feel like Taylor is that psycho girlfriend that tells Apple what to do and they are scared of her.

I could not have said it better myself!

I don't know that anyone is offended. It's just that these ads are so groan-worthy in light of some of Apple's spectacularly clever ads of the past.

Also, if these ads mean nothing do you then these ads are poor money spent. Ads are supposed to generate attention. It doesn't matter if its good or bad as along as people are watching them and commenting. Nothing sadder than an ad that sits on YouTube with 0 views.

As much as I'm not a Swift fan, she is probably one of the top 5 most popular artists right now.

She also fits into Apple's targeted demographic...a generation who streams music. It would be stupid for Apple not to milk her...just as they did with U2 back in the day.

Bono Milk.

Err, remember when Apple advertising were simple and clever?

"akin to the release of singles on a record" what?, nice try to inject concept in to this trash. Making a campaign and realeasing it in a series over time is nothing special.

At least it's realistic. You can clearly see the staggering animation when she's opening the music app on her iPhone 6S Plus...
