Utah is good. But Oregon looks down - thankfully the north division is weaker. Who else in the south do they play?

Right I don't care, a good thing I'm working overseas or I would walk into a bar...lol! I will check their schedule later.

lol @ Oregon - they are getting destroyed by all kind of trick plays. My Cougars might be able to beat them. (Doubt it) but there is a chance!

So the punt return for a TD - the Utah punt returner drifted towards the Utah sideline and acted like he was going to catch the punt. However the punt was actually kicked by Oregon near there sideline. Utah play catches it and only had to beat the punter because all 10 other Oregon players drifted with the "normal" punt returner. Also the Utah guy had 3 blockers vs the punter. :)

Crazy

You got that right!

Is there a website anywhere that has team's rankings in some kind of graph over time? Like, say I pick a team, and it will show their history of rankings? I can pore through pages and pages of each week's rankings, but it seems like there would probably be a website that already does that in some sort of visual form.

It just sucks to be Arkansas.

If anyone's ever down, just think..."Well, be could be Auburn!" From #6 to non-existent in 3 weeks.

Before the season started, Auburn was on many pundits' lists to play for the NC, or at least be in the playoff. I thought that the expectations were unrealistic, but they've done worse than I thought they would.

Bama is still a work in progress. Their defense played very well yesterday, and Coker's numbers would have been much better if not for dropped balls on good passes. But he still tends to make bad decisions under pressure, and he's not getting nearly as much protection as he should. Next week's game against Georgia will be pivotal. The Bulldogs are favored by 1 point.

Thought I'd chime in and say:

GO UTES!!!

I hope we can keep the current level of play up, we have a chance at the Pac12 championship and perhaps a playoff berth if we can!

The way the UofU played at Oregon, not many teams could beat them!

I agree and I disagree.

There certain destroyed Oregon. But mostly because of Oregon's lack of defense. They also used quite a few trick plays. Just not sure they have the fire power to be a top 4 team. Obviously if they win out in the Pac 12 they will get one of those spots. I'm just not sure there at that level they have great coaching, defense and possibly enough offense to do it. I for one hope they do it.

They used two trick plays, both when they were up big. Before that, they just played excellent, well executed, smash-mouth football.

I take it you didn't watch the actual game?

They sure handled Oregon much easier than MSU did! Plus they beat Michigan game 1 which is shaping up to be a strong team. And if you believe Kyle Whittingham, they played a bland style "vanilla" as he put it, in the first few games.

I watched them play Michigan, Utah State, Oregon.

I think they are way above average. Just don't think they are top 4. Oregon isn't the same Oregon and Michigan isn't an offensive juggernaut.

By your defensive comments (I am interpreting them that way - I could be wrong). I think any critique of your team would be rejected by you.

BTW - RB throwing a touchdown, punter running for 30+ years, punt returner faking catch on the Utah sideline while the punt actually was kicked on the Oregon sideline. Those are 3 trick plays I remember.

Im not hating on Utah. I was rooting for them. Just my opinion. :) In fact just looked at the schedule and will be rooting for you all season long. Especially on Nov 7th. You will be my #2 favorite team.
