Yes I opened it, and it contains two adapters. The process of swap my sim is taking a long time , almost two hours already since i registered my new sim no.

blimey! and this off-peak, imagine what it'll be like on Friday.

Just spoke to t-mobile in carlisle UK and the manager said he has no communication from t-mobile re nano sims but he believes he will get them this friday. He would do a sim swap which would be chargeable. Hope that helps any t-mobile customers

T-Mobile Status: Still headless chickens

1. Cheapside store said they would have them in this Thursday
2. And in a DM on Twitter the Support team said "We are awaiting further info on replacement Nano SIM's (sic) for existing numbers".

I also went into my local t Mobile shop who said they had no further information and were hoping to have them by Friday. It seems they are the only network who are not up to speed with this! Very frustrating!! Anyone else with further t-mob info would be appreciated. Thanks

Orange/t-mobile/EE are a joke.

There spouting off about being the biggest network and the only operator offering 4G at the moment.

There the only outfit unable to offer Nano Sims at the moment.
The EE website is as much use as a chocolate kettle, it offers no updates, no pricing structure and nothing relevant.

I rung 150 and spoke to Orange, and as with others the guy wanted to send me a Micro-sim ....... sigh

after a 20 minute wait i was told that Wednesday will be the day they should know more. Looks like i'm cutting my sim

Today at 15:00, O2 on Cannon Street told me: "We have no nano sims, there is a problem with the suppliers, we might get some on wednesday" I told him that O2's website was stating that they could be picked up from Monday afternoon, but couldn't be bothered to discuss it.

Walked 3 mins to O2 on Cheapside, and they had plenty.

Tmobile

This tweet was from tmobile

We will have Nano SIM cards available to order for new and existing customers on Friday 21st September. Thanks

Just picked up my nano sim from o2 in Uxbridge. No muss, no fuss, had everything done and dusted within five minutes and now just waiting for the SIM to activate. As always with o2 they usually make a right royal mess of the initial communications but do seem to get things sorted out very quickly once the customer service machine swings into action.

CONFIRMED!

I just phoned o2 customer services and they have ordered me a nano sim.

The woman didnt think she could but i asked her to check the system and it was a new option now available.

Same here- got off the phone with them and had an email confirmation within seconds of hanging up. Easier for me if it comes in the post than trying to get into a store at the moment, too much work to be getting on with!

The people on the phone (202 etc) are so much more pleasant to deal with than the ones on the chat thing... and in-store employees are a bit hit & miss...

Thanks for contacting us. We've raised your order.
