I have to change my answer.... I've had massive touch problems for 2 days...this morning my iPhone froze completely...I returned it today and got my money back...my joy has been ruined...I've never had such problems in 20 years of Android
i'm on 18.2.1. as soon as i turned it on after the update i had the same touch issue as always, it missed on the first touch when i unlocked the screen. lol. pretty sure nothing has changed for those who are having touch issues like me.18.2.1 is out, may help?
My friend also me and u have a OCD, we aren’t crazy or foolish from to image the lose touch. In my case, the problems are quite minor. But annoying for a person with OCD like me 👀. iOS 18.2.1 just came out, maybe there will be some small change.
Tomorrow I receive the second call from the USA. We will continue with the "diagnosis" but I suspect that we will not get anywhere. My friend also me and u have a OCD, we aren’t crazy or foolish from to image the lose touch.
The problem is here.
We have same touch issue in minor time, but there is it.
I think that only the new. iPhone with new built is K.
Also this update not resolved it.
Apple is in contact with u?
like the guys at the help center, every time i ask for help they tell me to restore and reinstall my phone. over and over again until i get frustrated. lol.Tomorrow I receive the second call from the USA. We will continue with the "diagnosis" but I suspect that we will not get anywhere.
the issue of the screen randomly skipping a few touches still happens but the frequency seems to be less. especially the speed of waking up the screen and turning it off after pressing the side button has been radically improved, as fast as my previous 15Pm.Hey everybody ,
What about the problemes after the New Update?
The missed touch problems in my case (Beta 2 iOS 18.3) have almost disappeared. They are so occasional and distant that I don't know if I'm the one who's wrong or it's really a missing touch (I don't know why, but it's improved substantially). I have to take it to the technical service on Friday. But I won't do it, I have nothing to show them...the issue of the screen randomly skipping a few touches still happens but the frequency seems to be less. especially the speed of waking up the screen and turning it off after pressing the side button has been radically improved, as fast as my previous 15Pm.
What about soft taps on the edges with a screen protector on?The missed touch problems in my case (Beta 2 iOS 18.3) have almost disappeared. I really have no idea, because I took out the screen protector and I haven't reinstalled it. Another thing I did and I don't know if it had a positive influence was to reset all the settings. What about soft taps on the edges with a screen protector on?
Thank u for your last newsI really have no idea, because I took out the screen protector and I haven't reinstalled it. Another thing I did and I don't know if it had a positive influence was to reset all the settings.
The scrolling stuff it’s a hardware problem.I’m still having touch issues! Even problems with scrolling through different apps. Scrolling freezes but the rest works. Killing app and restarting makes it work again
Do you use screen protector? For me 18.2.1 seems to have fixed the battery drain and heating issues completely. Touchscreen has improved to the point where it doesn’t bother me anymore.
Yes. Since day 1 . Works well without it but was horrible with ESR changed to spigen and it was better but the new update made it even better.Do you use screen protector?
So with beta iOS 18.3 is better of 18.2.1?The missed touch problems in my case (Beta 2 iOS 18.3) have almost disappeared. Because it is not only exclusive to 16 Pro Max, my son's 13 Pro Max and my brother's 14 Pro Max also have it occasionally. How you know?
I don't know, I was never on iOS 18.2.1, I went from 18.2 to beta 18.3 directly. So with beta iOS 18.3 is better of 18.2.1?
Dio u think is better?
Thanks
