I'm having issues on cydia now.. It says the os is unsupported on iOS 7 updated apps such as barrel..
This only applies to apps that are paid by the way. Because it's unable to purchase.
Yep, I'm currently unable to purchase iOS 7 Cydia apps like bridge nitrous and I file on 7.1b2
And apps such as barrel are confirmed to work on the 5s yet it won't allow purchase on 7.1. Hopefully there is some work around to this as it would be detrimental..
I bet spoofing the iOS version to 7.0.4 would work but I'm going to let it be for now.
How can you do this
Just change it in the systemversion.plist. Click product version then change it to 7.0.4
Looks like that is the way to go. I wouldn't think there would be any adverse effects. Anyone feel free to chime in ?

This whole beta 2 idea was such a win! Now I just can't wait for devs to update tweaks to a7 especially bite SMS . What tweaks do you guys have that work on A7? I only know of Zeppelin and barrel.

I could not purchase ifile or nitrous with my version set to 7.1. When changed to 7.0.4 , I could and did purchase them. I have not noticed any problems since the change.

And it installs just fine on my untampered-version (I haven't changed the build nr after a recent full restore) 7.1.
