The CC in Haslet, TX said they couldn’t hold it for me last year because of Apple’s restrictions: same great UPS people, but Apple changed the terms. So bummed: that option was terrific for me in prior years.

It’s been at least 4 years since delivery to my apartment complex, and my goofball apt. Managers couldn’t find it 10 minutes after UPS dropped to them, so I say Nay-Nay to waiting longer than I have to.
Maybe the young lady at the CC feels sorry for an old fat man like me, or is charmed?!

I just went on my lunch hour of that Wednesday of launch week, just like I will tomorrow, and I’ll have my tracking number on my phone, show my ID, and just ask to have it held, then on Friday, my off day, I’ll be there when the door opens at 11. The CC in Lubbock is in sort of the industrial old part of town, a lot of people don’t even have a clue it’s there.
I asked the girl last year when I picked up if it was busier, and she no busier than any other Friday. Most of what they get there could almost be considered as freight.

Will check at lunch time tomorrow to see how it fares for the hold

Apple Watches too? My first time ordering an AW on launch. Mine says preparing to ship but it’s in UPS as label crated next day air

I have also ordered the Ultra 2 watch. It’s my first Apple timepiece that I have preordered. Mine says the same status—while my iPhone 16 PM is currently about 5° south of the Arctic Circle.

For in-store pick up, if you are purchasing via T-mobile EIP. Are you able to have someone else pick it up for you? I assume the account holder has to pick up the phone.

Im not familiar with that. I bought my phone outright so it’s unlocked. I’ve had the bf pick up my phone for me before.
