um excuse you, they are NASA videos, you are ignorant. You can watch the video from youtube, then go to NASA to find the same videos and compare. It is not hard to research.

The signing key doesn't really matter. Keep in mind, this is evidence that may or may not exist; neither side knows. This is apple and fbi creating something as a joint effort to convict you. If it was just a search, that's a different story. The phone would not have been modified and it's entirety not changed. This is why CS' wear gloves; so that they are not tainting evidence. So yes, your lawyer most likely will ask proof that the software that completely changed everything on the phone did not actually change the "evidence" as well.
Apple isn't law enforcement. They are just a professional.. A great analogy is a doctor. If my defense lawyer says that MY doctor says I'm crazy, the prosecutor has the right to get a second opinion using a different doctor that isn't mine. This is the same way. My phone was modified from the ground up from what it originally was (so the chain of evidence is lost right there already, it's like they seize my car but decide to repaint it first before the court and then try to prove that it doesn't matter because everything in the car is still intact–I can easily argue that evidence that would have proven me innocent was destroyed with the new paint job). They aren't just getting a key, they are rewriting what is on the phone expecting that the things that are needed to convict someone stay behind. Either way, I can ask another professional to take a look at the software and make sure that information that may have proven I was innocent wasn't lost during this complete reflashing of the OS and firmware.
There are no standards for this yet. Obviously you can't say that evidence is lost when they dust for finger prints and say that the dusting caused the fingerprints to change. That's not reasonable doubt. But THIS IS; because it's new. It will be challenged in every single court because there is no norm yet and there is absolutely NO PROOF that software that Apple writes that completely overwrites everything on the phone (minus specific content) doesn't taint the content. And no one will just take Apple's and FBI's–parties that designed it–word for it. Remember, the FBI actually propagated child porn to catch criminals. So that's beyond planting evidence to convict someone. There will be third parties involved that will evaluate it. Just like there was research done and ME's that validated that dusting does not destroy a finger print or change it to look like someone elses. It wasn't just the police that said "na it's cool guys, it's totally legit"..
I definitely do agree with "I hope Apple's lawyers have a better argument than just saying it's going to set a precedent.". But I think that's is a general statement and all their filings, since they are all probably 40-50 pages long go into detail as to what that actually means.

No, but I think there is so much space traffic they have to fake the public front. But, research the fake media from NASA to make your own determination and when you do finally realize the stuff is fake ask yourself why.... Maybe you will come up with a different conclusion.
The question is why are they faking?
These are video & images from NASA you can match them up and repeat the work yourself. NASA is truly faking the public front. Do the research. And, yes there are ridiculous videos that are BS, I'm not saying every video is legit, but there are decent folk being honest and just comparing/dissecting videos and image from NASA. Images you can go on and see now at NASA.
Congress is actually full of aliens and they don't want us in space because we'll see the mother ship?

They are not faking... Many astrophysics activities are just boring like hell... Sometimes they just try to make those appear more interesting for the public

Plus anything NASA does is public. You can even check the specifications for the antennas/wires/whatever.
They have now stated multiple times that there is a line of phones for this. And they aren't asking for a "key". They are asking Apple to rewrite the OS completely so that it's easier for the FBI to hack them. Their official request is 1) Remove delay in password, remove auto erase, rewrite the entire touch screen firmware so that external software can access it and make touches without actually touching the screen (e.g. so they can run software to brute force the password).
Do you think Apple should open up a brand new FBI–hack–into–phone–department? 10 devs that will create firmware for each phone request. Or is FBI asking that they create a generic piece of software that they will get on a secure hard drive to use in their labs (see the congressional hearing, this is what Comey is asking for–it's like 3 hours long, but if you are passionate about the subject, you'll actually enjoy it; the questions asked are good)?
So how do you Photoshop the moon landing when desktop publishing didn't exist in 1969? You would think if the film industry had such awesome old-school compositing skills, they would have created much better sci-fi movies back then, lol.
BTW- I looked at one of those "bubbles" videos on YouTube and the things they are calling bubbles could just as easily be small scraps of whatever they are working on on the side of that space capsule. Laypeople just don't have a grasp of how objects move in zero gravity.

Everyone country in the world works with NASA. NASA is known as the "trustfully" department of the US. They are the hub for space exploration & knowledge for the world.
The world works together when they need to. Look at Antartica all the countries are following that treaty to the T. No, problems working together there. Why wouldn't the 1st world countries work together in space exploration?
No, I'm don't think there is a "Mother ship"... truly, I don't know what is in space I'm just posing ideas.
Maybe there is a lot of UFO movement they cannot cover up easily, maybe radiation is too intense they cannot stay up there for long, maybe they fake it all to get more tax dollars, who knows... but you cannot truly believe we are alone in the universe.... right? The Gov for years has had the position that humans cannot handle the thought of not being the center of creation therefor they won't be able to handle the knowledge that we are not alone.... so lie and deny until Big Brother thinks we are ready.
Anyway it does not matter what I think what matters is NASA's **** is fake. Check it out...

I take it back, it's 5 hours long not 3. I was watching it at work live time flew by faster. I think you can skip a lot of it, some questions are stupid, some are pretty good. It's about an hour before the end when a congresswomen asks DoJ the question of how the software will be used and how FBI will keep it secure. The answer was the harddrive thing.
Also watch Comey's responses to the questions of responsibility and how he dodges every question with "courts will decide that", "judges will be responsible for that", "it's up to the judges to secure that".. etc After watching his answers, you can't possibly say that we don't trust him "just because". Even from hour 1 through hour 3 he changes his answers from, it's only one phone one time, and then when asked are there others he dodged with.. "i'm aware of a few".. then in a later interview he says there are "many many".
People don't trust him for a reason.
Oh and please please let me know what you think of the hearing. Obviously skip parts, but I'm dying to know your opinion and how you see it and how you read into it (I am being respectfully serious).
