UK - Anyone's Macbook Shipped Yet?

Not enough time in the world. Better be pristine and free of the faults people have found on this forum, but I am not overly anxious about the waiting time. I can give some quality time to my current HP laptop which has served me well :)

Mine came today! :D About 2pm to be precise. Didn't get much of a chance to play on it though as had to go to work :( . Am having issues connecting to my wireless network, but will look into those tomorrow (am connected to my modem by *wires* (oh the shame :D) atm.

First impressions:
Love the keyboard (nice sensation to type on)
Build quality- niiiiiice
Display seems fine to me but have very little experience of using laptops of any kind
Fast
Still getting used to the keyboard layout, and OS X in general (only used someone elses iMac and MB briefly before this!

It's worth the wait guys! :D
 
i got my tracking yesterday, and my tracking says:

10/28/2008 2:18:00 PM BILLING INFORMATION RECEIVED NL


What does it mean?? it had to be sent to Denmark, and my last date is 30 oct.

I hope i get it today:confused:
 
bah... you guys are lucky with your tracking numbers etc...

if i enter my 80xxx number in tnt it still says not found..
apple aint updated their status page..

i'm still stuck with shipment delayed :(((

good luck for you guys who are supposed to receive today!!

maybe Steve Jobs is personally delivering mine... hence the delay :D
 
I finally got my carrier tracking number and it's finally in the UK and at the London Heathrow Depot so i guess I'll be getting mine today after 2 weeks of waiting! lol
 
Is anyone in the same/similar situation to me?

Ordered stock configuration MacBook + extras (iPod, printer etc.) on the 16th, shipped on the 24th, but still have no other information? Carrier Tracking Number
and Assigned Carrier both say In transit to final destination - carrier details to be updated shortly.

I'm getting anxious. I'd quite like it to arrive tomorrow as I'll be at home all day :(

I didn't get my carrier details till yesterday (day before my given delivery date) give apple a call if you're worried.
 
I did, yesterday. They said it will arrive 5th-6th November, which I refuse to believe if people are receiving them now, when they ordered only a day before me :/.

My estimated delivery was put at 3rd to 4th nov so you never know you might get it earlier.

I ordered mine on the 14th, shipped on the 21st and have no details other than "In transit to customer".

You won't get it tomorrow.

Quite confused about this. I have no tracking details but Apple say the courier has a scheduled delivery date. If only i could tell what date it was...

Congrats to those who have them.
