UK- Post if you have a shipping number

Got a DHL shipping number

This AM I received a SMS message saying 'sorry' that I hadn't successfully ordered my phone.

However I just checked my status and it says 'Complete' and I have a DHL tracking number (which isn't on their system yet - but that's normal).

Very happy!
 
I've had a shipping number since last night, but I can't get it to show up on the DHL tracking page. Can anyone help?
 
Excellent... mine was picked up by DHL at 9:43 so I should have it tomorrow.

Mine was a new order, placed around 9:30ish on Monday. 16GB.

Almost certainly. These are next-day deliveries after all. So unless the driver gets lost, or refuses to leave it with a neighbour (that's my personal worry!), we will all have them tomorrow.

Cheers but I might not be in tomorrow but can someone else sign for it?
 
Yay! My order (a 2pm Failover) just (12:30) dispatched, and although I can't seem to persuade DHL's site to give me any information on it, at least I have a tracking code.

DHL won't care who signs for it, as long as someone from the delivery address does! Otherwise it's back to the depot...

Ordered a 16Gb at 8.40, they've charged my card, sent me the email and it's sat "In Progress" ever since, order number on-001324***

Give me strength, still when I called they said I'd defo get it tomorrow, yeah right.

O2s warehouse system will have a batch of tracking codes that they'll assign to parcels but until they get scanned by DHL at the truck, they won't appear on the tracking system. Don't worry - it will show up.

9pm! Yikes.. mine is coming to the office and it ain't open then.
 
Just got my upgrade confirmation e-mail through!!! Woo! How do I track this thing? Also, it isn't showing up in MyO2. Any suggestions? I guess that will just change in time.
 
just talked to some nice CS person at O2 who said that my order is at the warehouse for fulfillment and will be sent out for delivery tomorrow and when I asked will it definately arrive tomorrow she couldn't answer that question and then when i quizzed her about the first come first server non existant policy she asked if the people ahead of me were upgraders and when I replied with no she couldn't comment on it. so, I am still stuck on in progress with an order at 08:20-08:30 on monday, guess I should just give up and get a different phone when offered an upgrade from my current supplier
 
DHL tracking now working for me. They collected it from O2 at 14:04, so it should be here tomorrow. I will be watching the front door all day until it arrives :D
 
I phoned DHL to see when we could expect delivery.

They said that these phones are sent out with afternoon/evening delivery times normally.

Which if you ask me is annoying. Yes we will get them tommorrow but it will be delivered up to 9pm I was informed!
 
Has anyone found a list of DHL's depots/offices? I've used Google Maps which shows one miles away from me ... was hoping their website would have a postcodey-search thing but I can't see anything.

I'm working tomorrow so will have to leave a note on the door and hope they can leave the box with a neighbour! :eek:
 
Got an SMS this morning saying "sorry if you had bad luck on monday but go here for more information"
Out of habit I clicked track order to find that my order (16GB iPhone, new contract 9:20ish am) has been shipped!

No idea where my local depot is if there's no one home though.
