Pretty sure US iPhones are coming from India now, but yes it's very likely they have been in the US for a while because of the new tariffs against India. I would assume they were flown into South America (Brazil) and then into the US to avoid the tariffs. Next year all bets are off though if the Supreme Court upholds the tariffs after October 1....

They are likely not in china at the very least because from past experience last year we would at least seen a label created days ago

My trade in Kit should not weight .9 pounds and will not be sent express, next day. I, too, now think both the watches and iPhones are already stateside!!!

Did you order a watch? Your label created date is before preorder day.
I’m starting to speculate though that phones might be coming from TN as I have a FedEx account but don’t see anything outbound label if it were a trade in kits but we’ll have to wait and see from others that don’t have a trade in kit

That isn’t how it works - tariffs are based on where the device and its materials were made, not where it ships from. https://www.trade.gov/identify-and-apply-rules-origin

Yep S11 and 17PM. This would be my Watch. I am thinking that both Watches and iPhones are already stateside. Apple likely did it with rumors of a tariffs.

My ATT Pro Max shipped yesterday from Fort Worth - delivery hold until Friday.

I was told I'd have them on Friday by costco who offering $300 for a 12 and up + $100 costco gift card which is great for a iPhone 13. I am waiting till this weekend to go to the Apple Store with my wife she has an iPhone 14 Pro but one of the 3 cameras screens are cracked but the camera works. If she can upgrade that and get $320 we will do that if not we will wait till we go to china and get it fixed for like $5 then trade it in.

I have 7 phones on my plan. I upgrade annually to cycle through the phones. Usually give my old one to my parents who give their 2-3 year old ones to my nephews.

my wife upgrades to a new pro every 3 years.

I barely take pictures and can't justify the higher pro price.

Cosmic orange and turmeric are roughly the same color though
