Got both my wife and I Deep Blue 17 Pro Maxes 512. UPS screwed up. Or was it T Mobile? We got a single box and only one phone. My wife’s. After hours on the phone they had me cancel my order and do it over. No less than 45 mins later UPS shows up. My original order. Guy said it was put on a stack of orders for a different location. So I had to call TMobile and they fixed everything and refunded some money. 2 separate boxes one tracking number. Arrggg but I love the phone.

Did anyone’s sales tax come back in their bank account? Mine was gone on the 13th but it’s back there now and I have the phone.
Does it come with a sticker on back? I bought the same one! But haven’t had the time just to mess with it since it arrived early this afternoon. I looked at it for a minute and was thinking it was a sticker. I wish it would’ve come out the color of the iPhone 15 Pro Max. It looked really expensive.

As much as I’ve loved my 13 Pro, the new 17 Pro was worth the upgrade. Loving the cameras so far. The screen is beautiful. Everything is so smooth. And it really feels good in the hand. I already had iOS 26 on the old phone, so was familiar with it. I know not everyone is a fan, but I’m good with it. I feel like I could enjoy this phone for a few years like I did the 13 Pro.
Since Apple no longer makes the leather case, I decided to try the silicon one. I had no idea I would love how that feels in my hand, but I really do! It’s soft yet grippy. I like the texture.
Tomorrow I will receive the cross body strap. Looking forward to that since I often just carry a phone and MagSafe wallet, rather than a pocketbook. But I don’t always have pockets, or if I do, they are often shallow.
Also, I’m glad to see that some of the folks who experienced issues were able to get some kind of resolution. I do hope that more people are able to, as well.

Not a sticker. it's a ceramic shield cover to make it more durable while still allowing wireless charging and mag safe.

A couple of hours ago I got the pick up ready emails for my phone and AirPods. I'm excited to pick them up tomorrow afternoon.
My AW11 is all set up and working great and ready to transfer over.
That's one thing, I think, that Apple does really well: transferring to new stuff is relatively straightforward and easy and rarely has any glitches. That certainly wasn't the case in the beginning. I think that's why I ever set up phones as new and reloaded apps and everything. It was actually easier. Once Apple created a decent transfer process I never looked back.

Sorry, I ordered and purchased a 17 Pro Max (in Blue). I was definitely interested in the Air but went for the larger screen and battery, and I'm pretty happy with it so far.
Oh yeah! The combo is pure 🔥 and highly recommend!
Well, I just check UPS site and suddenly saw that they will do second attempt tomorrow, I didn't know they do Sat delivery, maybe they know it is an iPhone? I also use my UPS premium and change the late afternoon delivery to morning 2 hours windows.
Did an iPhone to iPhone transfer now lost the tab that shows photos in messages on the 17 PM. Messages in iCloud is still the same size and quantity.
I placed my preorder at 5:04am PT (8:04am ET) on the preorder day for a 512 GB 17 Pro Cosmic Orange.
Showed as delivering Friday, 9/19 all week. Now the delivery estimate on the Apple Store app is September 30–October 7.
I am beyond disappointed. The online store experience was awful this year. Like, weirdly bad.
