One weights .7 pounds and the other weights 1.5 pounds. I imagine the latter could be the watch + AirPods and former could be the case? No idea. Do
You know what the weight of the package with the phone is supposed to be?

Oh, dealing with Citizens One customer service is a big pain. What were you trying to do with Citizens One? I'm thinking of getting off of iUP too which means I need to contact Citizens One and pay off my loan. It's not easy to do?
I have found Citizens One app exceptionally good and easy to navigate. Can’t you pay it off on their app? I’ll answer my own question. I just went to their app and pulled up my account. It was easy to find the option to payoff the outstanding balance.

I was trying to cancel my AppleCare provided through the loan so that I could use the AppleCare One plan for the iPhone. I think I eventually got through, but was told I'd have to do that through Apple who had already told me I had to do it through Citizens. But the aggravation of dealing with that meant I was not going to trying phone call support again.

I see I can make an online payment that would pay it off. I'll probably just pay it off and not try to talk to them again.

I look at it a little differently. Apple doesn’t owe anyone, anything. There wasn’t any sort of guarantee, regardless of the time you placed that order, that you/anyone was entitled to launch day delivery.
I do not think Apple has a legal requirement, but I think it is a good business practice to be responsive their best and most passionate customers. Tim Cook appears to agree with that sentiment as his team responded to the emails and made adjustments.

I really liked the iUP program in the early years, but they became more difficult to work with through the years. After my phone CS episode this summer, I'm done! Especially with how easy the Apple Card 24 month process is! No extra payments to track on another site or app, it's built into my Apple Card statements/payments.

Sorry, we will agree to disagree. Not a legal requirement, but we weren’t owed anything—even if you disagree with that.

Tim Cook and his team didn’t “agree” and make adjustments. Big assumption to think emails to Tim Cook where the reason arrival dates moved from 9/25 to 9/19. I never sent any email, along with many others, and yet had their delivery date moved to 9/19. In my case, less than 12 hours after I placed my order.

Seems like people don’t want to believe that it was an issue on Apple’s end and they corrected it. Instead people want to think their email to Tim Cook was reason for moves. Or that Tim Cook wanted to do the “right thing” for good customers. It was a simple issue on their end and they corrected it. That’s all.

Happens every year. Apple under promises and over delivers when it comes to delivering products.

Enjoy your Sunday.

OT, and random but is anyone considering starting from fresh vs. doing a restore? I am thinking of this as
I wait for Friday, but am I insane? LOL

I used iUP a few times until ACMI came along. It’s very easy to use since it’s just a purchase on the AC. Trade in value is taken right off the top without waiting to send back the old device. (I can’t remember if that was true for iUP or not.) I can still choose to pay off early if I want. It’s very convenient.

Definitely not insane lol I've done it a couple of times throughout the years
What do you lose doing that? Fitness data? iMessages? Nothing at all? I was thinking about it, too. I don’t mind setting up some stuff or downloading apps. I just don’t want to lose any data.
