Citizens is very frustrating for me this year. I haven’t received an approval email. When I call, a rep tells me my app is pending. The next time I call the next rep tells me it’s approved. Still no email so I call again and the next rep tells me it’s pending, and then the next rep tells me it’s approved. Then they tell me that I should already have gotten an email, but then they tell me that I won’t get an email until I actually place my order on Friday. And just now a rep told me I might never get a email. Did everyone who’s financing through Citizens get an approval email?

I went through the whole process smoothly for my 2TB iPhone 17 Pro Max as an upgrade from my 1TB iPhone 16 Pro Max via my iPhone Upgrade Program yesterday, and the Apple Store shows the phone is ready for pre-order. I never received an email about my Citizens application. I guess I am approved, so no denial.

Didn't see this mentioned - the pre pre order cart thing isn't available with the military discount, right? I'm on the Military page, it says "get ready" but when you click on that link, it diverts you back to the non Military regular Apple page. I can't find a way to generate any pre pre order carts other than at full price. I created a cart on the regular page, but it doesn't show up on my military page

Looks like Apple.com is allowing you to add the iPhone to your bag now or get pre-approved for financing, and then just hit place order on Friday.

Anyone else pre order a watch and AirPods Pro 3? I didn’t do the pre order last year for the first time since the 3S, so I’m making up for it. Lol

ordered the awu3 and 11 with the airpods pro3. I usually don’t like AirPods Pro because of the suction, but I’m buying it for the heart sensing and live translation.

For the Carrier AT&T Financing, I am now getting a greyed out "Get ready for pre-order". lol maybe it will be ready before Friday to get all that stuff in. Really just want to hit order and be done with it Friday lol!

I got a get ready email from Apple. I went through the whole process smoothly and the Apple Store shows the phone is ready for pre-order. But then I got an email from Appme that my Citizens app is pending (because I had to freeze Equifax). Then I got a text from Citizens asking me to verify it was really I who submitted the app, to which I replied yes. But no approval email from Citizens. Every time I call they give me a different status. Maybe they have some new reps because they seem totally clueless.

Don’t sweat it. If it went through and it shows that you’re ready for pre order, it has been approved. Citizens is not equipped to handle the millions of people inundating their website with loan requests. This happens every year.

@JBinPDX...you're kinda my twin because I'm choosing the pickup option this year and along with the Orange iPhone, I've also opted to replace my old AppleWatch and AirPods well . Just FYI...I was able to do the pickup option for the Watch and AirPods with a specific day/time so it should have been available for you. I'm just hoping that when the iPhone pre-orders open...that I can chose the same day/tine for pickup.

Hi, twin! The watch was unavailable for pickup at any local Apple store, so I had to have it shipped. I'm not overly happy about that, but my UPS guy is usually pretty decent. I have the AirPods set for a specific time on Saturday, and I'm crossing my fingers I can pick the same date/time with the phone. It should be OK since it's not opening day.

Thanks to all who make this so much fun. It wouldn’t feel like launch week without it. It won’t be long and we all will be waiting for our phones to head into Anchorage!

Same here! Finally, some eye popping color! My new vehicle is bright red because, well, I love red, and because the shades of grey in autos today is so boring. Looking forward to Cosmic Orange!🍊

My current vehicle is also bright red after one boring color after another. Ironically they had an Orange vehicle I probably would have bought if red hadn't been an option; just think my phone would have matched if I had lol.

Verizon financing seems to be available in the last hour or so, but I get an error saying that my type of account isn’t supported by Apple. Meanwhile, I was able to do this two years ago. Trying to figure out what I’m missing. Maybe because I paid my latest bill today?

I voted yes on a 17 PM, but that really depends on the results of hands-on testing 8 or 9 days from now. Odds are the new 17 PM will perform well, as expected. If not, the 16 PM remains excellent.
