I have a question for those of you who upgrade through carrier. What’s the process of upgrading through the carrier but via Apple? Still able to do in store pick up and are you simply just charged the tax at time of purchase if you plan on doing the installment plan for say T mobil? I typically just buy out right but but not sure yet

So excited to upgrade to the 17 Pro Max from my 14 Pro max. Lightning cable is garbage. The 15 and 1) pro max were underwhelming but this is a worthy upgrade

So I am doing an Apple store pickup but financing and trading in the old phone through AT&T

1) Can I pick up both mine and my wife's phone even though she won't be with me? Should I buy it on my Apple account instead of hers?

2) How does the trade in to AT&T work? Do they mail a box for the old phone like if I had went rhrough them? I just got to make sure I don't have to give them to Apple at the time I pick our phones up since she won't be with me.

I used the Apple Store app to set things up using AT&T carrier financing, but I don't see the option to choose AT&T anytime next; only 36-month pricing is available. Does anyone know if this will be an updateable option on launch day?
Terms at the bottom of the page: "Customers purchasing this offer through Apple cannot add the Next Up Anytime option. "

So did anybody wake up this morning with 2nd thoughts on their choice of phone or in general? I have my preorder in for the pro max in orange, but the Air elves were haunting me all night. And that Cloud White is gorgeous.

Edit: okay, I'm better now....I'm over it. I watched a couple of videos about the Air that convinced I've made the right choice with the Pro....phew....that was a close one.

Me. But I keep reverting back to the PM which I have ready to preorder.

What videos helped you convince to stay? Maybe I need to watch those lol

Verizon financing seems to be available in the last hour or so, but I get an error saying that my type of account isn’t supported by Apple. Meanwhile, I was able to do this two years ago. Trying to figure out what I’m missing. Maybe because I paid my latest bill today?
Experiencing the same. Frustrating.

Anyone with a teachers / education / military portal able to pre pre add to cart? Tried a bunch of different ways and can't click to add still. :( Had no problem with this for the 15's.

Preorder ready for Friday. For me: iPhone Air 1TB Light Gold. For husband: iPhone 17 512GB Black. We are coming from iPhone 12 Pro so this will be a big upgrade for us.

Hi guys. What charging brick would you recommend me to get with 17 Pro Max? My last iphone was 7+ that's why don't know much what to get.

I currently use Samsung Note 10 Lite. So this is a big upgrade for me. Planning to pre-order Silver or Orange 17 Pro Max 256 GB

You cannot do Pre-Pre-orders w/ discount stores that I know of (at least through the Veteran store). I know for Veteran, you can't do ACMI either. It's Pre-order day and later only unfortunately. I forego the Veteran discount and just do the IUP. The 10% isn't worth the anxiety for me. On top of that, it's crazy when you try to authenticate at that 5am time (PDT) when everyone is crashing via the Store App and browser to get into the store to put their POs in.

YMMV - I think I must have started IUP with the 15PM launch, so I didn't try for it then.
