It's not so much the waiting that's the problem for me - it's the lack of information.
IMO, if there was a billing issue, why didn't VZW contact me? Rather, they waited on *me* to attempt to contact them. Instead, they sent me a meaningless "Order On Hold" email, with no information.
I had billed it to my personal card, but they screwed up and put the company name against my personal card #, failing the request. And, rather than contacting me to secure my place in line, just play innocence claiming that I'm now pushed back in the queue for 11/4. It's a *complete* disrespect. I emailed the rep I've been dealing with, asking if I can get some kind of compensation.
Not only that, they only offered me 2 options. Cancel the order, or bill it to the account. I've chosen to bill it to the account (which still confuses me as to why it says "payment has not been made"), but this causes me an inconvenience of having to reimburse the company.
It's just a mess. I'm tired of it already. Yes, it's a phone, but I'm tired of unorganized, inaccurate, emotionless companies.
P.S Here is what the "Order Status" shows. Still showing 10/28, yet the other thing now showing 11/4. The inconstancies are ridiculous
